I wake up & take a quick shower. Being around other people all day every day & always being on the go is tiring. So , today is a Me day!
First stop is starbucks then the nail shop for my toes & eyebrows. I could probably do my own toes but I just want them done for me right now. While moisturizing my body , I receive a text from Miracle.
"Hey pretty girl , whats your plans for today"
Even though I said today is a me day , I really fw miracle. So maybe I'll invite her. She has a nice chill vibe & she cares for me so why not?
I text back , replying with " Hi my love, just a me day. Going to the nail shop after starbucks. Wanna join ? "
" If im not interrupting your me day then sure. Send the lo when you on the way there "
I threw on a matching set & let my braids stay down.
" Girl I know how much you really want somebody " I hear my ringtone going off and see that its Jade.
" Waddap "
" So you moved on fast huh? "
" Jade whatchu talking about? "
" I know you be all around the fucking city with that girl "
" is that jealousy I smell? "
" She ain shit to be jealous of , but Ian call for allat. I just need you to give me another chance , I miss you "
" Jade we need a little space right now. Im okay where I am at the moment , you dont know what you want & Im too old to be playing games "

I hang up feeling sad but also relieved. Sad because I can admit I miss her. I truly miss her. It's time for me to put me first and finally do what's best for me.
Making sure everything in the house is clean and everything is locked up , I get in my car. I make sure my phone is bluetoothed to my car and then I pull off. I get my usual starbucks order and then text Miracle i'm on the way to the nailshop. I'm a little excited to see her, we don't be together everyday or even every week but we still talk all the time.
I sit outside the nail shop and wait for her to pull up. I then start reading this book I recently found called "Hunting Adeline". I love reading and this dark romance book is right up my alley.
All of a sudden I hear a knock on my window that scares the shit out of me. It's miracle fine ass.
" Tryna kill me huh? " I say opening my door
" Nobody tryna scare yo ass , you all up in that book you didnt even see me pull up! " She says shutting my door for me
" Im thinking about doing french tips for my toes. Whatchu think? " I ask
" I think that'll be cute , sumn different from your regular white toes" she says with her full attention on her phone
" Who got your attention like that dumbass? " I ask
" This girl I saw at the store while you was at starbucks. She a pretty li mf " she says
Before any confusion goes on , after this kiss me & her did not boombadodado! When I got home , we decided yes we attracted to each other but just chilling out would be best for right now.
" Ohh , let me see her! " I say as we sit down in the chairs for our pedicures
" Dont be judgmental Nu! You know how you are" She says with a side eye
" Im the least judgmental person ever! Give me the phone" I say laughing
I click on the girl instagram , she a pretty brownskin girl. Nothing to judge , actually one of the prettiest girls Miracle has talked to.
" Mi she's actually pretty you crazy girl. Better then the last girls you've talked to " I say laughing
" Here the hell you go. Ole girl been calling " She ask
" Jade? Baby she called earlier. On that jealousy shit , talking abt she been seeing me with you & that she miss me. Just on the same dumb shit ! I told her we need space right now until things get better" I say
" She gone be too hurt. You not going back , fuck space " she say with a mug on her face
" Why you say that? " I ask
" Because I said so. You not going back to that lame mf , end of discussion Chanel. " She say serious as hell
I start feeling my cheeks getting red " Mhmh Whatever you say " I say smiling so hard on the inside
" So whats going on with school? You Feel good about this last year? Gotta make it count since you literally finna graduate. " she says
" I feel good about it! Just gotta stay focus on everything because you know I slipped a tad bit last year but I got my head on straight! What about you? " I say
" Everything great. Just ready to start pursuing my career honesty. Physical therapy is something im ready to jump into. Then playing ball keeps me even busier so its looking hectic but exciting " She says.
" So excited for you honestly. Always been the smarter one between us! Glad we doing this together , I dont feel so stressed & alone. " I say
" Dont act like your ass ain't a genius with that big ass head of yours! And yes , i'm glad I got you with me through all of this." She says laughing
" Oh you got jokes? Dont play with me. Where you going after this? " I ask
" With you. " she say looking me in my eyes
" I didn't have any plans besides binging harry potter & eating some pasta " I say
" Well thankgod I love pasta! Never watched harry potter but i'm down if you let me come over" she says
" Of course you can come over. I genuinely enjoy your company " I say excited
" Your so sweet when your not being the bitch that you are " She says getting up out her chair with those paper slippers the nailshop give you after pedis
I laugh & check my booking sight while I wait for them to finish my toes. Looks like I got a busy week next week. Thankgod its almost friday though , i'm drained!
" Okay ma'am" the lady, Ming said
" Thankyou Ming , heres your tip" I say giving her 50 dollars
I walk up to the front to pay for my pedicure
" How much is it Michael? " I ask , you can tell I come here often
" The bill has been covered Ms.Chanel. The lady you were with paid. " He said
" Alright thankyou Michael , have a nice one" I say
I storm outside , almost breaking my fake toe nail trying to get to Miracles car
" Who told you to pay?! " I asked
"How you mad I be wanting to take care of yo dumbass? Chill out" she said snapping
" I just dont like taking things from others. I just feel like when mad day come , its all gon get blew up in my face " I say
" You know you so country? Literally your accent is strong as hell " she say disregarding everything else
" You so hard headed ! You disregarded everything I said. " I say
She pulled me in between her legs and kissed me like she was mine and I was hers. It was so passionate even though nothing was happening beforehand. If things keep moving like this , I know i'll fall quickly. I cant resist her though, she's perfect.
" What was that for?" I ask
" Just because your pretty. Now comon , whats next for today?" She asks
" Just picking up some house decorations and groceries. You can do whatever you want while I'm finishing everything up I guess. You dont have to come with." I say , overthinking everything per usual
"Woah slow down , i'm coming with you. I told you , anywhere you go I wanna go" she said smiling
