I made sure to wake up early today to make Mira and I some breakfast. I know she didnt want me going to anything having to do with Jade, but forgiveness is something ive been working on. So I have to forgive in all aspects, also it still hurts. Someone I was so inlove with before almost killed me. Unintentionally but still, then for her to end her own life in such a gruesome way... I still don't understand.
I've learned that somethings aren't meant for me to understand though. Which im okay with, I have to look at all the good in my life. Im inlove, my friends are great, i'm almost done with grad school, what more could I ask for? Processing her death definitely has been .. a challenge but i'm fine.
"Goodmorning" I hear from behind me "Goodmorning Mira" I say "Go get the plates out, im almost done" I say makin the waffles
"So you prepared for today?" She asks "Yeah, I mean it shouldnt be hard. I've been okay." I say "Just making sure baby." She says sitting down getting on her phone
"So, what you plan on doing today?" I ask "Nothing really, binge watch law and order with kie probably." She says
I put the waffles on the plate and dress it with strawberries and cream like we like them.
"Per usual, I thought you were supposed to go shopping today?" I ask "I was, i'm just lazy today" she said "Go shopping and go get your nails & toes done" I say grabbing my phone
"Bae dont start" she say eating her food "Too Late" I say sending her some money "You really pushes it bad, ion need allat money" She say "Girl im not tryna hear that." I say sitting down
"Thankyou mama" she say smiling "Your welcome" I say "What time yall leaving out?" She ask "Around 10, I just wanted to wake up early so I could be on time" I said
"So yall going to the ballon release and then a li party ?" She asked "Yeah, then Tiff and I probably going to get food" I say "Okay cool, what you thinking about wearing?" She asked "Probably a sun dress, nothing extra" I say almost done with my food
"You need to be getting ready gal" she say looking at the time "You tryna rush me out the house Mira?" I say lifting my eyebrow "Shutup girl, go ahead. Ima wash the dishes" she say laughing
I run upstairs and start getting ready, I turn my speaker on and start listening to "She Will" by lil wayne
My mood for today was definitely good but I didnt wanna be extra with hair and makeup. So I just curled my hair and put on a black skims dress with some Tory Burch sandals. I grab my shades and throw them on top of my head and call Tiff.
