 Kazuha's POV

 Ugh. My head.

 Clang!

 I parried the incoming blade.

"Oh? Your style changed a bit." A familiar voice said.

I blinked a few times to clean my vision.

I was in a large cave on...

 Watatsumi island.

Then it all started coming back.

Oh, dear archons! What have I done?

 "Are you feeling alright, Kazuha?"

"Yes, I'm quite alright, lady Makoto." Aside from the splitting headache and all the shame that is.

"That's good- Oh, you got your memories back!"

 How did she-

"You don't need to look so shocked. You kept addressing me as 'your excellency' after you lost your memories. It would be weird if I didn't notice the change." She chuckled.

Oh, now that I think back to it, I did do that.

 "My apologies."

"There's no need for that. You lost your memories, besides, it's not like I have never been addressed like that."

 Well...

 Sigh. Never mind.

"Could I have some time for myself?"

"Of course. Do tell me when you're done." With that, she disappeared in sparks of lightning.

 Now then...

I must have been completely insane!

What the hell did I do?!

I wish I could go back and punch past me in the face for being so dumb!

 But for now...

"Are you here?" I called out.

 No answer.

Maybe I was asking for too much-

 "Meow!"

 Oh, she's here.

"Hello. Did I make you wait long?"

 "Hmph!"

"Now even talking to me now?"

 "Meow."

In front of me sat a white cat. She had blue eyes and a green crystal in the middle of her forehead.

"Come now. I didn't mean to."

 "Hmph! Stupid Kazuha!"

 She was a spirit.

 "Yes, yes, of course."

"Stupid idiot! You made me worry! How could you forget me?"

I sat down and petted her.

 "Calmed down a little?"

"Hmm. So, what did you want to talk about?"

 I flinched.

 She's sharp.

"Can't I just call you to have fun?"

"You can, and you do, but not this time." She gave me a knowing glance.
