Sunoo walks back to the university with a satisfied smile on his lips.
Eating his favorite sweet desserts never failed to make him happy. Although he knew he will worry about his weight later.
Sunoo immediately felt guilty when he notices one familiar person sitting on a big stone in front of the university gate. He was busy using his phone and beside him sat a blue paper bag.
“Is he waiting for me?” Sunoo wonders.
He sighed as he remembered all the words he have told the freshman earlier. He was not in the mood and Riki is being annoying. He couldn't control his temper, or else he might burst out crying in front of him. No, he doesn't want that.
He rather hurt Riki's feelings than to let him see the weak side of him. He'd just feel guilty over it.
“Riki,” Sunoo approaches the freshman.
Riki looked up.
“What are you doing here alone? Did the guards didn't let you in?” Sunoo asked.
Riki shook his head, “If they ever do that, they can literally lose their job.”
“So, why are you here alone?” Sunoo asked again.
Riki picks up the paper bag and handed it to Sunoo.
“I was waiting for you,” Riki said. “It's for you, Sunoo.”
Sunoo takes the paper bag in his hand.
“What's this for?” He asked, confuse.
“You didn't like the gift last time, I hope you will like this one now,” Riki said.
Sunoo peeked inside the bag, there was a neatly folded pink clothing inside.
Pink. It was one of Sunoo's favorite color in the past. A color that he think suits him the best.
Sunoo smiled as he look back at Riki's face. The younger don't look like his usual self, the smile in his face is missing. Sunoo suddenly dropped his smile as he felt guilty.
“I'm sorry for what happened earl—”
“I understand,” Riki quickly cuts him off. “How are you feeling now, though? Did you manage to solve it yourself?”
Sunoo stared at Riki's face. There's nothing in his expression but pure sincerity.
He also wants to return Riki's sincerity by being honest, at least in this way he could be true to himself as well.
Sunoo shook his head. “I'll be fine for the mean time.”

Riki have seen the mixed emotion flashing in Sunoo's eyes. The tone of sadness lingering in his voice confirmed Riki's doubts. Sunoo has been going through difficulties and it was not anything easy to deal with.
It was deeper more than receiving black colored gifts, or being afraid of people watching his every move.
It may also be deeper and painful thanwhat Riki is dealing with himself. Somehow, Riki felt guilty. He used to think he has the most complicated life until today. Seeing Sunoo's eyes filled with sadness made him realize he was not the only person dealing with a situation.
“Uh,” Riki speaks, “Just let me know if you need someone to vent everything out.”
But something deep inside Riki's heart confuses him. He feels the urge to stay beside the sophomore and help him get through all of it, together.
“I should get inside already,” Sunoo said after a moment of silence, “You should also walk back to your apartment before it gets dark.”
Riki nodded.

Sunoo waited a little longer for Riki to stood up and leave first, but the freshman just kept sitting on the stone staring at him.
“Why aren't you moving?” Riki asked.
Sunoo suddenly felt shy.
“Uh, b-bye,” he stutters, making Riki finally smile.
Sunoo looks away as he finally turns to walk inside the university, his cheeks heating up.
He counted to a hundred before he looked back to Riki, trying to make sure if the freshman already left. But Riki was still sitting on the stone watching him leave.

Riki finally stood up from the stone, hissing in pain, when Sunoo finally was out of his sight.
He made sure the sophomore will not see him limping in pain. It was already enough that he made Sunoo smile with the little gift he gave, Riki cannot make him worry.
He still need to visit a doctor and get cast on his leg.
Riki just hope his injury will heal within a few days. He was sure Heeseung will be back at the apartment next week for his preparation of the upcoming university winter fest.
Heeseung cannot see him like this. He would probably tell Jay about it and make the story even worst than it already is. And knowing Jay, Riki will probably hear scoldings from him for the next three months.
Damn that stupid driver who ran into him.
Riki shook his head. He should not call her a stupid driver, even though she actually is.
