Jisoo then pulls away and says "I liked spending time in your room last night. See you around" she says and winks at him

"Oh hi, I am sorry. I didn't see you there" Jisoo looks at Irene and says

Irene doesn't reply, instead looks at Taehyung.

"Irene, this isn't--" Taehyung starts talking but Irene starts walking away before giving him a chance to explain anything

Taehyung doesn't even bother looking at Jisoo, he runs after Irene

Jisoo watches both of them go,  this looks messy

"I am sorry little sister, but this is only the beginning of all that I am going to put you and your boyfriend through" she smiles

"Irene, stop" Taehyung grabs her hand in the hallway

"What? What now? I trusted you and you lied to me. She clearly isn't just and employee to you. Taehyung, I have loved you since as long as I can remember but of you are with me because of some sort of obligations then you don't need to. Just leave and be happy with whoever you want to. But don't hurt me like this at least" Irene explodes at him

Taehyung really feels bad at what Jisoo made Irene witness

He pulls her in for a hug and kisses her forehead  "I am not with you because of any obligations. I genuinely want to be with you for the rest of my life. Right now, things look a bit messy I know and I have no explanations. But I need you to trust me on this, please. I will never hurt you, ever. I promise" he says

Irene closes her eyes and starts crying

"I'd rather see you being happy with someone else than dating you and getting betrayed" she says and looks at him

Taehyung feels bad for making Irene go through this. He looks at her and wipes her tears. This is the girl he treasures the most and she is crying because of him.

"I don't want to see you cry every again. I am sorry for what happened today and I'll take care of it, trust me. But I need you to trust me blindly on this. I can't share what is going on right now but once things get resolved, you're the first person I'll explain everything to, okay?" Taehyung says.

He knows that he is asking a lot from a girl who has always loved her and just witnessed someone else kiss him and a part of him is scared that Irene will ask for explanations

"You have messed with my head so much that I can't even say no" Irene says

She knows everything about Taehyung and she knows his intentions are always good. Most importantly, he confessed to her last night which makes her not thing about anything else.

Taehyung is amazed at the amout of faith Irene has on him. He is lucky to have a woman like this in his life.

"You have messed with my head too Irene" he smiles and plants a kiss on her lips making both of them forget about the rest of the world

Jisoo is visible panicking, she can't give up like this.

"Hello?" she picks up the phone and calls Rose to explain everything that just happened

"So you're telling me Irene is your step sister? Jisoo, this explains everything. Everything was still a bit hazy to me and I kept doing my research but now I get the entire story"

"Rose, I really have no idea what is happening" Jisoo replies

"So, Taehyung's mother introduced Your father to that woman while he was still married to your mom? And he had the audacity to leave her behind for that other woman and go to Paris? Wasn't Taehyung's mother supposed to be her best friend? What kind of friend does that" Rose says
