Bonding with Families [One Shot]

[Disclaimer- I'll be sharing few instances which will showcase how well they have bonded with eachother's family]

One day, Karan, Teju & Karan's Dad (KD) were sittng in their living room... They were finalising some interior designs for Karan's new home...

Suddenly they both started arguing related to which color wallpaper will be selected for master bedroom... Karan selected a design with white color as base whereas Teju selected one with biscotti color as base.... since they both didnt come to a conclusion so they seek their KD's help.

Karan- papa see which one is better ?? Mine na ?

KD- No, the one Teju selected is better

Teju gave a victory smile to Karan while he rolled his eyes.

Karan- papa aap humesha Teju ki side lete ho... not fair

KD- hn toh... ab uski choice tere se better hai toh mei kya karu

Karan- mujhe kabhi kabhi lagta hai mei apka beta hi nhi hun😒

KD- tujhe sahi lagta hai beta😎... bdw tune apni zindagi mei srf ek hi dhang ka kaam kiya hai aur wo hai Teju ko select karna...
Teju is my daughter ye mat bhul na & hn dhyan rahe sab kuch usi k pasand k hisab se honi chaiye samjha

Teju's mumma (TM)- Hello Karan beta... free ho kya thoda baat karna tha ?

Karan- hn aai boliye na

TM- wo... wo pta nahi Teju ko aaj kya hua hai... usne lunch v nhi kiya & bewajah irritate ho rahi hai... mujhe uski chinta ho rahi hai.

Karan- aai app tension mat lo.... mei ussi raste mei hi hun... ata hun avi ghar pe.

He reached her home & handed a food packet to Teju's Mother (TM) to keep it aside as he'll give it to Teju later on.... He took food plate from her & went to Teju's room.

Teju whn saw Karan, screamed "Sunnyyyyyy, my little" & ran to hug him... He kept the plate on the coffee table & picked her up & roamed a little inside the room.

Meanwhile,

Karan- baby tu thk hai ?

Teju- dont knw Sunny why I was feeling little bit cranky today.... may be because from last few days I have exhausted myself a lot under work pressure..... but now that you have come, my mood is happy.

He while caressing her hair, said- I understand Laddoo but it is not right nuh to snap out your frustration on somebody else... Aai told me today you are getting irritated with every single thing.... she was worried for you.

Teju looked towards him with guilty eyes- you are right Sunny... I'll apologise to mumma.

Karan- thats like my princess.

He gave a peck on her nose & put her down.

Karan- chal ab lunch kar le.

Teju- Sunny mera mann nahi hai.

Karan- agar tu lunch pura finish karegi then I'll give you one of your favourite thing promise.

Teju getting excited like a kid- really ??? Kya doge, jaldi btao... fomo ho rha hai.

Karan- First finish lunch then I'll tell.

He made her sit on the bed & fed her.... she also made him eat few bites.

Teju's mumma was watching them by standing near the door.

TD's pov-

Hashh!!! Meri bachhi ka mood avi thik hua... Bappa apka bahut bahut avar apne Karan ko iske life mei bheja... It just literally took him few minutes to make her understand & lighten up her mood... I completely believe that he is the perfect man for my daughter & I know nobody else can never keep her secure, happy & protected like the way he does.
