"Samora where you been?" Salem questioned me once I walked inside the house.

I had just left from Kas, then went and grabbed food so he wouldn't think too much.

"I got food, and stopped in the mall." I explained as I put my bag of chipotle down.

"You get me some?" He commented as he walked over and grabbed my bowl out the bag and opened it up.

I made a face as I grabbed it, "fuck no, give it back." I grabbed my bowl out of his hand, put the top back on and shook it up.

"My fault, my babies gotta eat. I'm gon head out and get some lunch. You need anything else?" He questioned me.

After he found out I was pregnant, he was being extremely nice and overprotective.

It was weird, Salem treated me well usually but this time it was different.

I don't know how I'm gonna tell him this isn't his baby, I just know I gotta do it after I get my shit out of here.

Once he left out, I put my chipotle in the microwave and jogged up the steps.

I grabbed two of my biggest suitcases and start packing everything I could in each one.

So many thoughts were running through my mind.

He knew where all the people I cared for lived so I know he would stop at nothing to find me if I left.

I stopped what I was doing and realized I couldn't leave... not if I wanted to stay alive.

Pulling out my phone, I texted Kas.

I couldn't leave, if I tried I might not make it out of here and I'm not putting the people I love in jeopardy; I refuse.

Kas didn't waste no time reading my text and not even 2 minutes go by he was calling my phone.

I answered on the first ring.

"Samora... please don't play wimmie right now dawg."

I could tell he was serious, but I just couldn't bring myself to leave.

"You got two days, or I'm coming and saying sum; simple as that," Kas spoke into the phone once more before hanging up.

I frowned up my face, ready to call him back but stopped myself.

He was right... regardless I needed my friends advice.

Pushing the suitcases back into the closet, I stood up slowly and made my way downstairs; grabbed my chipotle and left back out.
