I was at edots house with the guys

we was goin over edots next album n who he wanted on it

I had a couple verses in the song and Y/N had one
she was supposed to be here. with me
why couldn't she be here

"yo earth ta ddot" i heard dd shout
I looked up not realizing I had my head down

"Y/N gon slide or what" he asked
i jus shrugged n put my head back down

me n Y/N got into a heated argument over the phone about an hour ago. Shits been tense between us and ion know why. truly.

we ain't seen each other ina week n I think that's been what's causing this stress

I hated arguin w her, especially not face to face

"bro wsp w you. usually you got tabs on her"

I jus sighed n picked my phone up trying to text her
I heard jstar askin dd if shit was good between me n her but dd said he didn't know

my leg started to bounce seein that she had her notifications off
all I wanted to do was hear her voice

I contemplated on callin bu it was late n I aint wanna make her even more mad by wakin her
lately it seems I can't do shit right

"ion know what's going on w you n ya lady but trust y'all gon get through it. jus call her up n make up for it. stop stressin" Jay said hitting my shoulder

"it's not that easy-" I started jus to get cut off by a loud ping from my phone

"looks like she beat you to it" Jay laughed lookin over my shoulder n seeing it was a text from Y/N

I looked at the text message crazy

DDOT-fa what.

Y/N-you canceled our date remember
she reminded me

DDOT-I ain't cancel I rescheduled. Bu yeah I apologize-
corrected her hoping I didn't start another argument

jus as she started typing edot got up n walked towards the door

he opened it givin somebody a side hug and said
"ya Nigga over there stressin"

then she walked in.

I stood up hella fast as she walked over

I gave her a long hug n pulled her into my lap as I sat down. "ddot you good now" jstar said making everybody laugh

I jus put my head on her shoulder not caring what was going on around me
I finally had my missing piece
