i was in this big friend group, I was cool with all of them but I was mainly close with ddot dd and Lisa

me and dd we're mad flirty with eachother
everybody in the group always swore we had sum going on but we we're just like that

we all decided to meet up at the deli and figure out plans from there

as I reached to pull open the door I noticed dd getting sturdy and Lisa in the drink isle
I didn't wanna interrupt so I simply walked passed

"did they say what we were gonna do tonight?"
I asked Lisa while grabbing an Arizona
"nope they been dancin sense I got here" she kissed her teeth sitting on the counter
I gave the clerk 5 dollars paying for me n Lisa as we started talking

I seen savana when I first walked in but she was too busy recording/fanning over dd

it ain't bother me but I could tell she had a crush on him, he never gave her attention and always had his focus on me witch resulted in some tension between me n savana so I kept my distance

as I opened my drink I felt it get taken out my hand
I quickly turned around and seen dd helping himself
I kissed my teeth waiting for him to finish

"Mm thank you ma I really needed that" he smiled
I snatched my drink back and twisted the cap over it

I felt dds arms wrap around my waist and he put his head in the crook of my neck
I laughed untill I seen savana giving me a dirty look

I sighed a took his hands off my waist and sat on the counter
"yoo wsp witchu you good ?" Dd asked me wondering why I pulled away
"yeah I'm fine" I said looking at savana then at my phone

dd followed my gaze and kissed his teeth
"she givin you problems?"
I didn't say anything and hopped off the counter to walk outside before I felt a hand grab onto my arm

"gimmi a kiss before you leave" he whispered
"boy movve" I laughed
"I'll be back don't miss me too much" I said on my way out
savana kissed her teeth as I opened the deli door

I sat on the window sill
I took a deep breath trying to ignore the situation when savana walked out

"so. you and dd got sum going on?" She said bluntly
"no he's jus my homeboy" I responded pulling my phone out and dialing a number
"mhm. it don't seem like it"

I didn't respond and put the phone up to my ear
"me n him gon be official real soon n ion wanna have you in my way." She said stepping closer to me

before I could say anything the other line spoke
"yoooo what It do watchu need"
it was my plug mikey

"heyy Mikey pull up to the deli" I said walking away a little bit for a little privacy
"I need an 8th n a wrap..and a shooter" I said looking around
"pink Whitney right?" He asked
I laughed n said yeah not realizing he'd remembered what I got last time
"alright I'll be there in 10" he said hanging up the phone

I started walking back into the deli with a fat smile on my face when I seen savana whisper something in dds ear he looked at her confused then at me
whatever she told him wasn't good or true at that

after 5 minutes savana walked up to me saying
"dd won't want you. not now or ever so" I cut her off
by walking away not waiting for her to finish
I rolled my eyes and swung the deli door open

I hated not being able to talk to dd
I didn't want any problems to start between me n savana because everyone would assume we were fighting over dd when all of this was one sided

I slammed the deli door shut and paced the side walk with my hands over my head
this whole situation was stressing me out

I really wanted to know what she told him, by the way dd looked at me it wasn't good

I heard the deli door open n dds voice
"ma ." he said
"you needa get ur bitch under control" I yelled
he instantly knew who I was talking about and sighed

he walked over to me but I backed away not wanting anyone to touch me while I was upset

"I know she's a lot but cmon don't let her come between us" he said

before I could respond Mikey pulled up
he rolled down his window n noticed my body language n got out the car

"yo ma Wsp whas goin on" Mikey said reaching for me right when dd got behind me and wrapped his arms around me

"she good she jus a lil upset"
Mikey read the situation n said okay and went back to his car to grab my deal
"Alr shordy it's $15" Mikey said moving my hair out my face

before I could take my wallet out dd handed him a 20 while taking my serve n said bye, ending the conversation before it even started

"I wanna go and roll this..come with me?" I said holding the bag up

before he could answer savana walked out the deli
"so this is ur lil gf" she said pointing out how he was holding me

"an so what if she is fuck is to you" dd shouted
she rolled her eyes not knowing what to say

"I knew it. dd ur so" dd cut her off by pulling me closer and saying

"can't you see me n my lady havin a moment"
I was too shocked to speak
when tf did we get official
savana was jus as shocked as I was and walked away in embarrassment

you ready to smoke ma" dd whispered kissing my lips in the process

"Shii yeah" I responded taking his hand and walked to the park
