I was at the studio with ddot

he wanted me to be here tonight because it was going to be his first recording for his coming up album, allot of other people were here too because he was recording with an artist not most of us were familiar with. I wouldn't say it was a party, more of a kickback or so

I was sitting on one of the couches on my phone when ddot came and sat next to me

"hey ma, you okay?" he asked getting a good look at me
"yes d im fine, this the 3rd time you checked up on me" I laughed while putting down my phone
"jus making sure" he said taking a pre-roll out his pocket and searching for his lighter

"you look bored, the other rapper ain't here yet?" I asked looking around
"nah she runnin late" he responded putting the roll up to his lips

I didn't realize the person he was collabing with was a female..maybe he mentioned it once and it just slipped my mind

I noticed ddot side eying me after noticing I didn't respond to what he said

Before he could saying anything someone had gotten on the mic and announced the other drill rapper had shown up

the music got loud and people rushed to say their hellos but she had walked straight over to where me and ddot sat
before she could say anything ddot stood up

"wsp this my lady" ddot said
I smiled and stood up
"hii im-" "i know who you are." she had cut me off with a sudden change of tone

I was taken back and looked at ddot who was mean mugging her
"damn you can't take a joke" she laughed sitting in the spot I had stood from

I allot of people bad crowded the area trying to ask her questions n overall jus fannin out

I let ddot have his moment and let him take his pictures by walking to the other side of the room and sitting on the counter

I watched as an interviewer made their way to ddot and what ever her name was

the interviewer had allot of questions about the album understandably before the topic of dating came up

"so I know with this album yall gon be spending allot a time together. Enough time for y'all to get to know eachother and I sense a connection" the interviewer said before ddot cut him off

"nah I'm loyal to my wife..ma cmere" he shouted for me making everyone's attention turn to me
I started to walk over but before I could sit the girl looked me up in down and let out an annoyed sigh not only gaining ddots attention but the interviewers too

"I shouldn't be here" I whispered grabbing my jacket from behind ddot ready to leave
"yo ma wait" he tried to grab my arm when I pulled it away and got out of the camera frame
I jogged down the stairs putting on my coat when Jay offered to take me home

As I started to decline ddot came down the stairs
"mami por favor no te vayas"
translation:(mami please, don't leave)
"Ion feel wanted here ddot. it's your night honestly I'll be fine" I said with a smile
ddot just looked at me then at my lips and jogged up the stairs

I didn't follow but I heard the music cut n ddot yell
"yo the feature ova get the fuck out"
I heard sum arguing and it sounded like it was about me after 2 minutes ddot came back down and pulled me into a hug

"I will never put anything or anyone above you. how  you feelin matters to me and if there's sum bothering you ima take care of It. Always" ddot said pulling back to look at my face
I started to respond when suddenly someone came stomping down the stairs

she looked at us and kept going before I grabbed onto her hoodie stopped her
"you never told me ur name" I laughed
