I'm a doctor and I help patients who are suffering from any mental illness or disorders. I was called in to one of the rooms with a patient I've been working with for a while, Billie. Billie is schizophrenic and she often gets paranoid without her medications, so the nurses believe that's she's having another episode and I'm the only one that's able to calm her down cause she trusts me. I got to Billie's room and saw panting and sweating on the bed moving side to side like she was uncomfortable about something.

"You okay Billie?" I asked her

"No"

"Do you need something your medication?"

"Noooo"

"Are you feeling okay do you feel sick?" I felt her forehead

"No"

"Then what's wrong?" I tried to take my hand off her forehead but she quickly grabbed it and stared at it for a moment before sitting up on her knees now grabbing my hand with both of her hands, she kissed my hand down to my wrist but I slowly pulled it away.

"Billie let's just sit and talk yeah?"

"Fine"

"What's the matter?"

"...Doc?"

"Yes Billie?"

"Are you married?"

"What do these questions have to do with you Billie?"

"Cause I don't need these medications doc I know exactly what I need"

"And what is that Billie?"

"I don't know I thought you'd know since you know everything doc"

"No I don't know unless you tell me so I can provide it for you"

"You mean that doc?"

"Yeah I do"

"Are you married?"

"What-"

"Are you married doc?"

"Billie-"

"Are you married or not doc?"

"No," I say slightly frustrated since Billie has never had this type of attitude ever, she's usually shy and keeps to herself.

"Can you do me a small favor and I promise I'll feel better after"

"What is it?"

"I don't know you tell me"

"I don't have time for this"

"No doc don't go" she grabbed my arm and held onto it

"I'm sorry I've been naughty," She said

"You're not yourself Billie"

"I have this feeling doc it's right here" she pointed at her vagina

"Is that what you want you want me to touch you?"

"Yes"

"I can't do that Billie"

"Please doc I know what I need I won't ask for it again I promise"

"Your parents will be here to pick you up soon"

"That's not fair you said you could provide things for me"

"Yeah but I can't provide everything for you I could lose my job I'm just your doctor Billie now please excuse me"

"Fine get out" She huffed and sat down on the bed folding her arms across her chest
