el smiled and accepted the call with the brightest and widest smile ever. "hi,"

he smiled back. "stay on the phone with me till you get here,"

she faked a groan and a roll of her eyes. "ugh, you miss me that much?"

"yes, i do,"

her expression dropped and she softened into her original smile. "you really don't have to stay on a call with me."

"i want to," he said then showed her a menu, "what do you want? i'll order for you first,"

"hold the camera still," she mumbled as she scanned through all the foods, her head down to the phone with her eyes squinted making her not even realise she was about to bump into someone.

she yelped, almost falling back from the hit but whoever it was, grabbed onto her hands and held her.

"careful," he gave a grin as she smiled embarrassingly. "i'm so sorry," she apologised as mike began to call to her.

"el? el, what's wrong?" he asked as the man walked away with a nod and a wink. "have a nice day, el,"

she turned back, looking at him in confusion before she finally responded to mike a few seconds later. "sorry.. i just.. bumped into someone." she mumbled, not sure what she was feeling right now but it just felt like something wasn't right.

"anyways," she put her smile back on, "did i see carbonara udon on there? can i have that?"

he nodded. "of course. they have chocolate milkshake here, do you want?"

she nodded repeatedly. "yes please,"

he smiled and ordered for her as el looked both ways and crossed the road. "i'm going through the park since it's quicker," she informed just as he finished ordering.

"don't get distracted by the ducks," he smirked as he teased.

she let out a loud gasp. "i would never!" she covered the side of her face. "see, not looking!"

he chuckled. "yes, i can see," he told her, "i'm sitting by the window. you should see me easily,"

she nodded. "im like a street away," she said as mike thanked someone who brought them their food.

"good, because the food just came," he grinned at her as she nodded happily and then turned the corner.

a few seconds later, mike saw her through the window and she gasped and wave. "hi! do you see me!?"
