[Author's POV]

The first time Andrius saw Rowan at the council meeting, at that moment he knew that he wasn't there just for the battle. Something about him felt weird to him.

He had some other motives, evil ones only. But, it was unexpected to him that Rowan had some revenge against him, that too so strong that he was ready to consider a lifelong coward in the whole demon world by running away from the battlefield.

He even targeted his wife, and the way he ran away from the battle, it was sure that he would come back, and target his Arima.

He's not a simple rival. Andrius must deal with him as soon as possible. Still, with those thoughts, Andrius walked back inside the room from the balcony.

Leaning on the door of the balcony, he gazed at his cute wife who was currently sleeping on the bed tired after the flight.

He just wishes to finish off all the problems in their life, especially the two, Jordan and Rowan. This two are the biggest problem in their life.

He would destroy everything and every person related to them, leaving no chance for anyone to come back and create more problems for them.

For Arima's safety and their peaceful life, he must do this. He will do it.

Andrius's lips formed a smile seeing Arima waking up. The flight was in the morning, so she slept the whole afternoon being tired.

Arima sat up on the bed, unaware of his presence in the room, and stretched her arms and neck.

"Good morning." Andrius wished her, sitting beside her on the bed startling her a bit.

Arima looked outside the window with her sleepy eyes to see the orange sky, making her sigh.

"It's already evening." She complained lightly making him smile only.

"You just woke up so I need to wish you..." Andrius said leaning closer to her and putting his palm on either side of her.

Hearing his words, Arima only glared at him, as he smiled more, already knowing the reason behind her glare.

"You're the one responsible for it. You didn't even let me sleep in the plan. Your two days were already finished still you didn't leave me..." Arima whined pouting looking away from him.

Andrius leaned in and kissed her cheek, earning a gasp, which was soon replaced with a glare.

Taking her pillow from the bed she hit him with it, but only earned a chuckle from him in return making her angrier.

"You!!" She again held her pillow up to hit him, but he didn't let her do it this time. Holding her arms, he pulled her closer leaving the pillow in her hand as a barrier between them.

"Trust me, butterfly... When it comes to you... I got no control over myself..." Whispering, he sneaked his arm around her waist, keeping her closer.

"Even, you weren't doing anything serious to stop me." Arima's soon fading glare again came back into her eyes hearing his words.

"Well, my wife likes me so much to push me away..." An unknown uncomfortableness came on her face, as he said those words with a smile.

Andrius was so happy to know about her feelings for him. Not deep as his, but he was happy to know that she had started to give a place to him in her heart.

"I-I need to get fresh..." Pushing him away, she went inside the washroom hiding her red face away from him.

But, he didn't miss a single thing. A smile crept up on his face as he placed the pillow beside which was previously in Arima's hands.
