Present- 15 years old- Manchester

I've always been my mum's biggest fan, ever since I was born. I remember watching her games either at the stadium with Granny or at home, probably with Granny as well. Sometimes, I would be aloud to come onto the pitch as a mascot at the start of games as well, which I particularly enjoyed. However, now I tend to go to the match on my own and somehow find a way to sneak into the sub bench or behind the managers seats and watch it with the team. Although it had never happened, mum always warned me I could get kicked out if I was found, but let's be honest, I doubt they'd actually do that. Tomorrow, it's the Manchester derby so I'm planning on coming along to watch. I'm pretty sure both mum and Keira are playing, so I guess I'll have to try persuade one of the other girls to let me in, which I'm not expecting they won't.

My first man city match I went to was when I was 7, when mum had just signed for them. I can remember it really well.

2014- Age 7

I'm walking in with my granny, who's holding my hand tight, whilst we try to find our seats in the stadium. I'm wearing my new man city top, with Bronze 7 on the back (my name and age) and skipping excitedly.

We're at the ground to watch mum play arsenal today, so I'm hoping that I can go into the changing rooms to meet all her team mates too.

"Maisie, here we are, these are our seats" My Granny tells me, sitting down.

We've got really good seats, near the front, on the same side as the tunnel and to the left of the sub bench. I don't sit down and instead go up the the barriers of the pitch and lean with my chin against the bar, looking around, trying to find someone I may know. Just as I'm about to give up and go sit down again, I see Keira walking towards me, with a big smile on her face.

"Well if it isn't for little miss bronze, you trying to sneak in?" Keira says to me

"Yep! " I reply innocently.

"Come on then, I'm sure the team needs a pre match talk, but you go tell your Granny first" Keira looks over to Granny with a smile.

"Grannyyyy, Please can I go with Keira, I promise I'll be back before the game starts" I call to Granny, waiting for her nod of approval.

She nods and smiles, "Of course, but if you do sit with the other girls, please let me know"

"Thank you Granny!" I run and give her a hug, before clambering over the barrier and joining Keira on the pitch. "Let's go!" I run off towards the tunnel, pulling Keira along with me and leading the way to the changing rooms. Bursting into the changing rooms, where I see my mum putting on her shin pads, I run in and jump onto her. "Hellooo" I shout into her ear.

"Jesus Maisie, you've made me deaf!" My mum, Lucy, replies, pulling me onto her lap and giving me a squeeze, "you ready for the match then?"

"Uh huh, even got my top on" I turn around and point to my back

"That's my girl" Lucy hugs me and finishes putting her socks on.

"We're just about to head out for our warm up, would you like to come too?" Steph Houghton asks you.

"Yeah!" I grab mum's hand and pull her out onto the pitch, following the rest of the team. Although I was yet to join the academy, I'd grown up playing with all of my mum's England and club teammates, so by 7 I was decently good. Grabbing a ball from the bag that was laid out on the pitch, I start kicking it about, playing pass with Steph.

"Shall we go meg your mum, Maisie?" She asks

Nodding and smiling, I run over to your mum, creeping up behind her then easily tapping it through her legs.
