Maisie Pov-

"Wow, yep ok, I'm awake" I gasp as I feel the covers being stripped off of me and the curtains being dramatically pulled open, letting the sunlight come in and blind me. Groaning, I see mum standing over my bed, smiling, probably sarcastically, at me.

"Game day! And guess what... you're getting a presentation on the pitch today!" Oh God, not today, not with this whopping headache, and mum fully well knows this.

"Muuummm, what the hell, no"

"You're not happy?", mum says with a smirk on her face.

"You know full well why" I say, flopping back down into the bed, and pulling the covers over my eyes.

"Karma's a bitch"

"You are" I mutter under my breath. I obviously don't mean it, and I guess I had something like this coming after last night, but seriously, not today. Now I'll have to actually wear something nice, not just a trackie as I was planning on wearing.

"Oh yeah? I heard that. Well that's the last time you get  picked up at 3am. Anyways, rise and shine, we leave in half an hour, breakfast is cooking so get changed quick. And you're not getting no paracetamol till you're dressed so it's up to you how long you want to take." With that, mum walks out with a smirk on her face. Karma really is a bitch.

After dragging my pounding head out of bed and into the shower, I slowly make my way down stairs, dressed casually...

"Paracetamol, please, as much as I can have" I say immediately, as I walk into the kitchen and am greeted by Keira sitting on one of the bar stools waiting whilst the bacon cooks

"Paracetamol, please, as much as I can have" I say immediately, as I walk into the kitchen and am greeted by Keira sitting on one of the bar stools waiting whilst the bacon cooks.

"Fun night? I've heard all about it, especially the 3am part so no need to tell me again, it's all I've heard since I woke up" Keira says throwing me the paracetamol, laughing.

"Hmm, yeah, I'm sorry about that, both to you and myself, hangovers are not the vibe"

"Tell me about it, oh well, Lucy's got her Karma"

"What do you mean?" I say, quickly downing 2 paracetamols and then joining Keira at the bar stools.

"Wow, I'm surprised you don't know, Lucy is the worst  when it comes to partying, she's fun while it's happening and then awful after"

"Go on"

"She's sick everywhere, and when I say everywhere, I mean it and  then the next morning she's just a pain in the ass, moping about, complaining, although she'll never let you see it"

"Keira! Shut up! You're meant to be on my side with this!" Lucy shouts, half joking, half actually annoyed, from behind us, causing us both to spin round.

"There's sides?"

"I'm being serious, stop encouraging her"

"Actually, I'm not, I'm actually putting her off drinking by telling you all the mistakes you've made so she won't make them too, plus I actually praised you being a good mum" Keira laughs
