Ben's POV:

When Sky and I woke up Madi and Brook, something seemed off about Madi, I just couldn't figure out why. She seemed slightly upset, yet she had no reason to be. I shrugged it off. She was probably just tired.

------------------------------------

Third Person POV:

All morning, something seemed off about Madi. Everyone could tell, but no one dared question it.

When the toursies got on the bus, they did a quick headcount, so they didn't forget anyone *cough* Zachary *cough*.

A lot of the boys just sat wherever, but in the back, was the real party.

Sky sat by the window in the 2nd to last row, with Madi next to him. Across from them was Ben in the aisle seat and Brook by the window.

Jeff and Josh sat behind Sky and Madi, and Chaz and Nico behind Ben and Brook.

In front of the two couples were Dan, Anthony R, Anthony Z, and Iain.

"Alright, everybody!" Mr. Calhoun called cheerfully. "Let's get going to Milwaukee!"

He left to go to the orchestra/oldies bus so he didn't have to deal with the young cast the whole ride.

That's when Ben and Sky realized what was wrong with Madi. Milwaukee was where she used to live before she was sent into the system. They each grabbed one of her hands to console her, and Sky gave her a kiss on the head. She seemed a bit better after that.

-----------------------------------

Madi's POV:

Really? We had to be in Milwaukee for my birthday? Milwaukee was where she left me. Where he abused me. I didn't have very fond memories of my birthday there.

When Mr. Calhoun announced we were going to Milwaukee, something must've clicked in Sky and Ben's brains. They each grabbed one of my hands, and Sky planted a kiss on my head. I smiled.

I guess these dorks really do care about me.

"Let's get this party started!" Josh exclaimed.

He grabbed his phone and started blasting Broadway music through his speakers. I chuckled as the whole bus started to sing along. It was so cool! Everyone was harmonizing, singing their vocal parts. You could even hear Brook, Wren, and Madi singing alto, while Steph, Meredith, and Melissa sang soprano.

Woah, who's at that table over there?
Don't look at them. Just don't
We call those three 'The Plastics'
They're shiny, fake, and hard
They play their little mind games
All around the schoolyardThey might insult your clothing
Or make fun of your name
Like they mocked Jen Morecock
'Til she burst into flames
And Ms. Morecock was a teacherRegina George is the queen bee
She's always dressed up
She always wins Spring Fling Queen
We're just drones who work for her
Then dieMy name is Regina George
And I am a massive deal
Fear me, love me
Stand and stare at me
And these, these are realI've got money and looks
I am, like, drunk with power
This whole school
Humps my leg like a chihuahuaI'm the prettiest poison you've ever seen
I never weigh more than one-fifteen
My name is Regina George
And I am a massive deal
I don't care who you are
I don't care how you feelThat's Gretchen Wieners
She knows everything about everybody
That's why her hair is so big, it's full of secretsYes, Regina
No, Regina
Every waking hour
I spend making sure Regina
George can stay in power if Regina is the sun
Then I'm a disco ball
'Cause I'm just as bright and fun
If you've had alcoholI worm your secrets out of you
And bring them to my master
And then I watch Regina make your life a big disaster
Disaster!Regina is the queen
But I'm the head of worker bees
As I am seated at her right hand
Like a Jewish Princess JesusThat is Karen Smith
The dumbest person you will ever meet
I once saw her put a "D" in the word "orange."My name is Karen
My hair is shiny
My teeth are perfect
My skirt is tinyIt barely covers
My perky heinie
My name is Karen
I may not be smart
That's it right
We never really do this
But how'd you like to
Have lunch with us this week
Oh, it's okay, I-
No, no need for you to thank us
But-
There's no need to even speakYou're new, and you don't know things
You need good friends who can tell you what to think
See you here at the same time tomorrow
On Wednesdays, we wear pink
On Wednesdays, we wear pinkYes, Regina (my name is Karen)
No, Regina
Every waking hour (here's where you belong)
I spend making sure Regina (my hair is shiny)
George can stay in power (here's where you belong)
If Regina is the sun (my teeth are perfect)
Then I'm a disco ball (my skirt is tiny)
'Cause I'm just as bright and fun (here's where you belong)
If you've had alcoholWear something nice and grab a tray
'Cause we don't do this every day
Say here's where you belong
Say here's where you belong
No, really, say it
Say here's where you belongCome sit with us tomorrow
It'll be fetch

"Play Schuyler Sisters!" Ben exclaimed.

Josh did. Dan sang as Burr, Meredith, and Melissa were Angelica, Brook, and Steph were Eliza, and Wren and I were Peggy. The boys were the chorus.

There's nothing rich folks love more
Then going downtown and slummin' it with the poor
They pull up in their carriages and gawk
At the students in the common just to watch 'em talkTake Philip Schuyler, the man is loaded
Uh-oh, but little does he know
That his daughters, Peggy, Angelica, Eliza
Sneak into the city just to watch all the guys at Angelica!
(Work, work!) Eliza!
And Peggy! (Work, work!)
The Schuyler sisters!
Angelica! Peggy! Eliza! (Work!)Daddy said to be home by sundown
Daddy doesn't need to know
Daddy said not to go downtown
Like I said, you're free to goBut look around, look around
The revolution's happening in New York (New York)
Angelica (work!)It's bad enough that Daddy wants to go to war
People shouting in the square
It's bad enough that there'll be violence on our shore
New ideas in the air look around, look around
Angelica, remind me what we're looking for
She's lookin' for me!Eliza, I'm lookin' for a mind at work (work)
I'm looking for a mind at work (work)
I'm looking for a mind at work (work)
Whoa-ooh, whoa-oh-oh
Whoa-ooh, whoa-oh-oh (work!)Whoo! There's nothing like summer in the city
Someone in a rush next to someone looking at' pretty
Excuse me, miss, I know it's not funny
But your perfume smells like your daddy's got moneyWhy are you slummin' in the city in your fancy heels?
You searchin' for an urchin who can give you ideals?
Burr, you disgust me
Ah, so you've discussed me
I'm a trust fund, baby. You can trust meI've been reading "Common Sense" by Thomas Paine
So men say that I'm intense or I'm insane
Do you want a revolution? I want a revelation
So listen to my declaration. "We hold these truths to be self-evident
All men are created equal"
And when I meet Thomas Jefferson (unh!)
I'ma compel him to include women in the sequel (work!)Look around, look around
At how lucky we are to be alive right now
Look around, look around
At how lucky we are to be alive right nowHistory is happening in Manhattan
And we just happen to be in the greatest city in the world
In the greatest city in the world!'Cause I've been reading 'Common Sense' by Thomas Paine (look around, look around)
So men say that I'm intense or I'm insane (the revolution's happening in New York)
Do you want a revolution? I want a revelation (look around, look around, New York)
So listen to my declaration (it's happening). We hold these truths to be self-evident (look around, look around)
All men are created equal (at how lucky we are to be alive right now). Look around, look around
At how lucky we are to be alive right nowHistory is happening in Manhattan
And we just happen to be in the greatest city in the world (in the greatest city)
In the greatest city in the world!Angelica!
(Work, work!) Eliza!
And Peggy! (Work, work!)
The Schuyler sisters! (Work, work!)We're looking for a mind at work! (Work, work!)
Hey! (Work, work!)
Hey! (Work, work! Whoa!)
Hey! (Work, work!)In the greatest city (work! Work!)
In the greatest city in the world
In the greatest city in the world!

I made a mental note to make a video of 2 of the girlsies and I singing that song with Ben or someone as Burr.

We did this the ENTIRE way to Wisconsin.

And then, we were there.

1305 words.
