You gasped as you and the others stood in front of the tower. "The Tower Of Heaven? It's been completed?" Erza asked. "I don't know why you're so surprised" Sho said. "We've been working on it since the two of you left almost ten years ago" he said. "Has it been that long? It's amazing how much you all changed" you said. "The ceremony will take place later tonight. You two will be staying here until then" Sho said. Your eyes widened. 'Ceremony? They're going to activate The R System?' You asked. Sho bowed. "I'm sorry, but this is the price of betrayal. And although you two have hurt him, Jellal is giving one of you a special honor" Sho said, then he smirked at you. "He's chosen (Y/n) to be the sacrifice for the ceremony" he said. You gasped. Erza glared at him. "I'm sad I won't ever get to see you again, (Y/n), but you're going to help us get into heaven" You started shaking. "Oh. You're trembling. Are you afraid of being sacrificed? Or does this cell... bring back memories?" He asked.

~flashback~

You and the others were all surrounded by guards and mean guard dogs who were growling at you. You put both of your hands over your head, hiding in fear. "Did you brats really think you could get away that easily? You're all gonna be punished big time for trying to pull one over on us" One of the guards asked. You and Erza both hid behind Jellal as he glared at them. "Now, now. Normally I'd agree with you but we cannot afford anymore construction delays on The R System. If you tell us who came up with your escape plan we'll just take them and leave the rest of you alone. That's pretty nice of us, don't you think?" The other masked men asked. The big one stomped his cane on the ground. "Speak up! Which one of you was it?" He demanded. You looked over at Sho, who was having a mental breakdown of tears, you sighed, and looked at them. "I was-" you were about to confess, but Jellal broke in. "It was me" he said. You and Erza gasped. "I came up with our escape plan. It was all me" he said as he stood up protectively in front of you and the others. You gasped in surprise. "Jellal..." you said. "Oh?" The big one asked. "Hmm, well aren't you brave. But I know it wasn't you. It was the (H/c) haired one" said the tall one. You gasped. "Take her away" the big one said. "No! It wasn't her! I swear it was my idea! She didn't do anything!" Jellal said. "Yeah! Let her go!" Simon begged. "That's enough!" The big masked man said as he attacked them with his staff. "Please. Don't worry about me. Cause I'll be okay" you said as the guards took you away. "(Y/n)!" Erza cried, she fell to her knees as tears fell from her eyes. "It's just like you said, Jellal" you said, then you smiled weakly. "There's nothing to be afraid of" you said. "(Y/n)..." Jellal said. "They won't get away with this!" He shouted.

"(Y/n) was the one who ended up being punished, even though I came up with the plan. But I was too scared to say anything. I'm sorry (Y/n), it was my fault" Sho said as he looked down. You frowned and looked at him with sympathy. "That's in the past Sho, right now, I'm worried that none of you realize how dangerous it is to resurrect someone using The R System" you said. "Wow. I didn't except you to know what it's purpose was. That's quite a surprise" he said. "The revive system" Erza said. "In exchange for countless sacrifices it brings a single person back from the dead. It is inhumane, forbidden black magic!" She said. "Sure it's forbidden. But whoever said magic had to be humane? I happen to believe magic wears away at one's humanity" Sho said. "That's a black magic philosophy. Are you one of them now?" You asked. "Are you seriously comparing us to those idiots? They thought this Tower was only good for resurrection magic. We know better 'cause we've been enlightened. Jellal told us that he can use the Tower to get us into heaven" Sho said. "To heaven?" Erza asked. "You see, once we use The R System to revive him, the world will be reborn. And we will become it's rulers. The cult members who kept us prisoner for all of those years, the loved ones of the sisters who betrayed us, the citizens who live their entire lives blissfully ignorant, those fools on The Magic Council, we're gonna put fear and sorrow in the hearts of every last one of them! They'll be stripped of their freedom and denied any rights once we're in control! They'll have no choice but to bow down before us!" Sho said. You broke the ropes holding Erza and lunged for him. "Water Dragon: roar!" You shouted. Sho screamed as a mini tsunami rushed towards him. The water knocked him out and he fell to the ground soaked. You looked down at him in disbelief. "Sho..." you said, remembering the way he was back as a young child. "What could've possibly caused you to change so drastically?" You asked. Erza angrily requipped into her armor. "Jellal. What has he done to them?" She asked.
