I never was close to you, I never looked at you as someone 'important'. But now that you're gone, it feels different- not complete yet not depressing either.
You were family, and blood is thicker than water.
Little time was spent with you, but forever, those memories will be cherished as I'll forgive the bad and let bygones be bygones, moving on and remembering the kind-hearted person you've been.
It's not hurting like everyone said it would, but I can feel that missing feeling because I will miss you, you were my grandmother after all. And I'll say it again, I will miss you mama, I love you; rest in peace, an angel that God keeps close.
You were good, you were loved and still is, for you are...
...a mother, wife, sister and daughter.
