Chapter 5: Email

Gregory's POV:

I was working on what was going with Freddy's system until I got email about something. I opened, and I looked at it. I was shocked, and I was scared. I looked at it again, and oh boy this is bad. " How's this possible? " I asked to myself, and I looked at the email. The email was about something tied with the murders and the death of Evan. Also about the person we know is coming back. But I knew who is will be.

Plus, me and my daughter Prim are in danger. I looked at the time, I need to end work early for the department due to this email. I got up, and I went to Cassidy's office. I knocked on their door, and they opened the door. " Did you get the email? " I asked, as I entered their office, they nodded. " We need to end work early for everyone, " I said, and they looked at me. " You are right, because you and your daughter are in danger. We need to get you out of here, and get your daughter, " they explained as I nodded.

Cassidy made the announcement, and I left to get my stuff at my office. After I got my stuff, and I went to my car. I know I am going to interrupt my daughter's day at school. But I need to protect her, she is my top priority. I started to drive her school, I need to protect her.

After I got to her school, and I went to the main office. I saw the secretary, " Hello, Mr. Rose-Afton, " they greeted me. " I need to pick up Primrose, because of reasons, " I said to them. They nodded, and they made announcement about my daughter. After ten minutes, " Mom, why are you here? " She asked to me, " We need to go, it's not safe for both of us, " I answered, as I took her hand. 

We went into the car, " I can't risk losing you, " I said to her, and I help get into the car. She put on her seat belt, and I closed the door. I went to the driving seat, and I put on my seat belt, closed the door. Then I started to drive the car, and I went to our house. 

After a few minutes of driving, we made it home. I got out of my car, and I went to help Prim out the car. " Mom, why did I have to leave school early? " Prim asked to me, and I looked at her. " Prim, there is no time. Please,  I can't lose to you too, " I started to cry. Then I took her out of her seat, and we went inside the house. I closed the door, and I locked the door.

" What do you mean, you can't lose me? Because of dad, " she asked to me, as we entered the house. I froze when she ask, and I turned to looked at her. " Yes, like how I lose your dad. I told you already, your father is a bad person. Plus, he is dead, " I explained to her, and I started to cry. I knew Evan is coming back, " Mom, don't cry. I didn't mean to make you cry, " she said, as she hugged my legs. I kneeled down, and I hugged her back. 

" It's okay, I am fine. I promise to protect you, " I whispered into her ear. " Okay, mom. I love you, mom, " she said, " I love you too, Prim, " I said, and I heard a knock on my door. I went to opened, until Prim stopped me. " No mom, there is someone who is bad. I can feel their energy, it's bad, " she said, as she grabbed my hand. I stepped away from the door, and I took Prim's hand, then we went upstairs, quickly. I looked through the window, and I saw him and them. He was at the front door, and I was scared. " Prim, we need to go. Get your important things, I will teleport us out of here, " I explained, and she went to her room to get her things.

I was thinking how they found us, and I remembered the crystals on my back and my neck. But I purified them, unless something else led them here. I was scared, I need to get me and Prim out of here. We need to get out. Then I heard other knock on the door, then Prim got her things. I took her hand, and I led to my room. I found a bag to get my clean clothes and some other things. 

Then I heard a thud from the downstairs. This is bad, and I took Prim's hand. Then I used my teleportation powers for me and Prim teleported to my older siblings and Fable's house.

After I use my power, we were at their house. " Mom, is this your family's house? " She asked to me, " Well, this is my older siblings and Fable's house, " I answered, and I knocked on the door. Then we waited, I looked around the place to make sure. Then Fable answered the door, " Come in, quickly, " she gestured to get into the house. We went into the house, " I didn't expect you to come here with your daughter, here. But this is for you both's safety, " she said, and she led us to a room with Eliza in it.

" This is the research room, " Fable said, I saw this room before when they disappeared a long time ago. But we found them, but not the time. " I remember this room, a long time ago, " I said, then Fable led us to the secret room. We all decided to put secret room in our houses just in case. If any of us need to hide from something or someone.

" This is your room, the secret room. Make yourself out home, " Fable said, and Prim went to the bed with flowers bed sheets on it. I smiled, " Thanks Vi, " I thanked her, and she nodded. " Your welcome Iv, but can you help us with our research about the murders? " She asked, and I nodded. Then I put on my bag on my bed, " Prim, come downstairs. I don't want to leave you up here, okay? " I said to her, and she followed me down the stairs. 

Eliza saw Prim, and Prim saw Eliza. " Aunt Za, " exclaimed Prim, " I will play with her. Help Fab for me, please, " Eliza said, and I went to the research room to help Fable out.
