In the City of Vale it's chaos as Banshees can be seen flying around and dropping bombs at the city.

The Anti-air defenses are dealing with them as we speak but the defenses are getting destroyed when the Phantoms dropped Covenant forces in the ground.
The UNSC can be seen fighting in the city, the civilians have all been evacuated but it's chaos in the city. Multiple UNSC Soldiers and Marines get into position and engage Covenant forces as they are being pelted with enemy fire.
UNSC Soldier: They're everywhere!
UNSC Soldier: Hold the line! Reinforcements should be here any minute!
Then a large projectiles headed straight towards the Marines as they took cover. They looked to where it came from and saw a Wraith headed their way.

UNSC Marine: Shit fall back! That Wraith's going to kill us!
The Wraith began firing it's plasma cannon as an Elite manning the turret fires at the fleeing UNSC Soldiers, the Grunts and Jackals push forward. The UNSC Soldiers continue running and head to cover, they began engaging the enemy forces charging at them.
They held their positions as a Warthog came rushing in and dropped more UNSC troops, with them was Qrow. He charges forward and gets to cover, he engages the Grunts and takes them out.
Qrow: Dammit, where are you kid? This place is getting surrounded by the minute.
Qrow is now joined by a couple of Marines as they began opening fire at the Covenant. Qrow sees one of the Marines down on the floor as he nods at them to cover him. He quickly heads to him as the Marines provide covering fire, he grabs the Marine's gun and fired as he began dragging him back to cover.
Once they're in cover, a Marine gives Qrow a bag of mags as they continue their firefight.
UNSC Marine: Heads up, ODSTs are heading in.
In the sky, the Phoenix-class support vessel readies the ODST Drop pods as they launched out of the ship.
