If Ayano/Yamato Give's Senpai/Teruya a Gift in Order to Comfort him after Eliminating a Rival, Senpai/Teruya will Think that there's a Guardian Angel Watching Over him-

Because of Ayano/Yamato Giving Senpai/Teruya a Gift after Eliminating a Rival, his Mental Health will Improve which will Affect the Ending-

If Ayano/Yamato doesn't Not Give Senpai/Teruya a Gift after Eliminating a Rival, Senpai/Teruya will Not Accept his/her Confession-

Teruya wouldn't Accept Yamato's Confession because he's Afraid that Something Bad will Happen to Yamato if he Accept's his Confession-
