Thomas POV
The speaker was making his way to the stage. I had Julie wrapped in my arms. Everything felt right in that one small moment. Until...(A- Announcer)
A- in first place is McFarland High School.
We won? We actually won? We won! We won!
Julie turned around with a smile on her face.
J: you won! You guys are state champions!
She kissed me on the cheek.
J: I'll b right back.
She nodded towards her mom and coach.
T: ok but as soon as u find out, come tell me.
She nodded her head. As she walked away my father came up to me. (P: Thomas papa/dad)
P: congratulations son. I'm very proud of u.
I couldn't believe he just said that.
T: thank u papa.
And we hugged.
Then I saw Julie running towards me.
T: what did he say?
J: McFarland.
@ 1st idk what she meant. Then it hit me.
T: your not moving? Ur staying?
J: does this answer ur question?
W that she kissed me.
T: Ya that answers.
She smiled back @ me and we kissed again.
Today had to b one of the best days of my life.
