"Aye, princess?" Dez came over to me, wrapping her arms around my waist.

"What's up, Dez?"

"Couple of people invited me out tonight. Do ya mind if I go?"

"Not at all, Dez," I put down what I was working on and turned to face her. "Ya have a life outside of myself and your royal duties. Ya don't need to ask me if you can go. Just let me know where you're goin' and when ya might be home, alright?"

She gave me the sweetest smile as she placed a gentle kiss to my forehead. Placing her head on mine, she squeezed me tightly.

"How did I get so lucky to be with ya?"

I chuckled and hugged her tightly, "Just by bein' your amazin' self."

Looking up at her, I smiled as she smiled back at me. I could get lost in those eyes if I stared in them long enough. She leaned down and placed a quick peck to my lips. Turning her head to where her cheek was against my forehead, she rubbed up against it a bit.

"I love ya, princess."

"I love you too, Dez," I chuckled, as she wasn't this affectionate in a public setting.

The most she'd do was hold my hand, wrap her hand around my waist, and kiss my forehead and cheek. If we were alone in the warehouse, like we are now, the most she'd do was kiss me on the lips, but never nuzzle against me. The only time she'd nuzzle against any body part of mine was when we were alone at home.

"Now, go have fun! Enjoy yourself," I smiled.

"Thank ya, princess," she pecked my cheek as she walked out of the warehouse.

I returned to my work and got what needed to be done for the day. When I finished up everything, I closed up the warehouse. I made my way home and when I opened the door, I found Odessa was getting ready for her night out on the town. She turned to face me and smiled. Standing up, she came over to where I was standing and placed a kiss to my forehead.

"I made ya something before I head out."

"Thank you, Dez."

"Didn't want my princess to cook for herself, other than reheating it up," she chuckled.

"Ya don't need to worry about me 'ere. Now, go have fun."

"I will, princess. I'll be going to the usual place. If I am not back home by eleven, please come get me."

"Alright," I said and pecked her lips before she left.

"I love you, princess."

"I love you, too, Dez," I waved to her as she walked down the stairs.

Smiling to myself, I closed the door before heading over to the kitchen.

Opening the fridge, there was a little plastic container that had a sticky note with my name on it and a small smiley face. I chuckled, finding it cute that Dez drew one out. And beside the smiley face was a little heart. Taking the note off, I opened up the container and placed it in the small microwave, waiting for it to warm up. Once it was warm enough to my liking, I grabbed it and walked over to the couch, turning on the TV. Finding a good channel, I began to eat and watch at the same time.

Throughout the night, I did some miscellaneous chores around the house. Such as straightening out the bathroom and the cabinet underneath the sink. I even went out to get some more hair dye for Odessa since we were running low and her roots were coming back, especially in the back part of her hair. I picked up some painkillers and other over the counter medicine just in case of something were to happen.
