WEAK HERO - AHN SOOHO X OC

THREE: EXAM

"We have a new student, Bumseok, say hi to your classmates." the teacher said looking at the boy next to her.

"oh hi, I'm Oh Bumseok." he said a bit hesitant and everyone started cheering.

"be nice to Bumseok, okay?" the teacher spoke up again and the lessons normally started.

When it was break time everyone started chatting or going outside of the classroom, the girl noticed how the group of dogs approached the poor new boy but she couldn't hear what they were saying, Sieun got back from the bathroom and found Yeoungbin sitting on his desk.

"move." he simply said and the other boy slowly turned around.

"that's my seat, I don't want to." he answered and the girl got up knowing they were going to pick up a fight again.

"I said move." Sieun said taking a pen in his hand gripping tightly on it and the other boy noticed and scoffed.

"have you lost your mind?" Yeongbin said and all his dogs stood up earning everyone looks, she quickly made her way next to her brother.

"back the fuck away." she hissed.

"why are you guys so chatty these days? someone's trying to sleep here." a tired voice made them all turn around and it was obviously Sooho. "Can I sleep in peace? please? mmh?" he continued.

Yeongbin sighed and then looked at the twins. "you better be careful." he said and walked away with his group.

Her eyes traveled back to Sooho while her brother just sat down, she walked out of the classroom going to the venting machines and buying a drink, she got back and placed the bottle next to the sleeping boy as a thank you, when he woke up he found it there and frowned.

"where does it come from?" he whispered.

"Yeon Hyejin." a girl sitting next to him said and his eyes slowly traveled to the named girl.

DURING THE EVENING

The girl went to pick up her brother to cram school, yeah he is always studying really, and the two were now walking together side by side.
Two boys walked up to them and the twins stopped, they didn't look really nice, she noticed a third one was standing to the side while smocking.

"are you... normally we just drop it off you know, this is the last time we deliver it to you." one of the boys dressed in blue told them taking out a box of pills, she looked at her brother in confusion and he was only staring at the two infront of him.

"yah, I said it's a girl." the one on the side spoke up throwing away his cigarette.

"this is a girl." one of them said pointing at Hyejin and she scoffed earning their attention.

"I don't do drugs stupid asshole." she replied and the boy quickly shoved the box back in his pocket knowing they had messed up.

"move." Sieun said and the two laughed in surprise at how brave he sounded. "move, you're standing in my way." he repeated.

"Well I don't like that tone, you must have a death wish... I don't like those eyes either." the one in blue said, Hyejin took her hands out her pockets ready to fight and so did Sieun taking out his pen.

The one on the side that was observing sighed and walked up to them pushing his friends to the side and making a clear way for them, the twins both looked at him.

"leave." he simply said and the two walked away.

"are we letting these crazy jerks go?!" one of his friends quickly said.

"know who you are messing with, they were about to attack you." the one that seemed the leader answered.

1 DAY UNTIL THE MOCK TEST

Only one day was missing until the test and today they spent the whole school hours studying, all the teachers allowed that giving them extra time to prepare.
The girl was circling some words on her book but got distracted when Yeongbin entered the classroom sitting on the only free spot next to her.

"Bumseok our teacher wants to see you" he said and the boy gave him a questioning look. "our homeroom teacher wants to see you." he repeated and left the room.

The new boy eyes landed on Hyejin that was staring at him having heard the conversation, a bit hesitant he got up and followed the other out.

EXAM DAY

"you know korean exams can take quite some time, right?" the teacher asked and they all answered in chorus. "distribute you time well and no cheating!"

They all started working on the papers and she sighed in annoyance, she could hear some low chattering from the back but she tried to ignore them, it went well until a noise made them all turn around and she saw her brother storm out of the classroom.

"hey! where are you going?" the teacher yelled behind him.

"I can go check..." she whispered and the teacher shook her head.

"no don't worry, focus on the exam." she answered and the girl simply nodded trying to focus back.

Eventually her brother came back in the classroom but she could feel something was wrong with him, and it was hard for her to focus on the test and not worry about him.
A loud slap echoed through the class and everyone turned around again in shook, her brother was slapping himself with force making his face all red.

"what are you doing? what's wrong?" the teacher questioned in confusion but he didn't answer, he just kept slapping himself.

"Sieun! what are you doing?!" Hyejin yelled out standing up and running to stop him from slapping himself again, he looked up at her worried expression and then back to the teacher.

"nothing wrong." he whispered.

She gave a quick look to the teacher and then to Sooho that was sitting infront of her brother, he gave a confused look back not knowing what was wrong with him too.

THE EXAM CORRECTION DAY

"Four" the class president said.

"Next" they all repeated.

"Four, two..." he continued and everyone kept chatting while he gave the right answers to the test they took. "one..."

a loud bang made everyone immediately shut up and all turn in one direction, confused low chattings started while they watched the boy tighten his grip on his pencil, Sieun eyes slowly traveled to Bumseok next to him.

"Sieun, it's not what you think..." he whispered.

Sieun quickly stood up bringing his pen with him, he walked to the back of the class taking a book from a random boy desk and slamming it with force on Yeongbin face, he quickly turned around and slammed his pen on one of his dogs hand, everyone screamed in surprise, Sieun started repeatedly beating Yeongbin in the face with the book, he rolled his head in the curtain and kept hitting him.

"Hyejin! Hyejin!" someone screamed waking the girl up and she took out her headphones in confusion until she heard screaming.

She quickly turned around noticing just now what her brother was doing and widened her eyes standing up.

"I asked you to stop." Sieun said to Yeongbin dropping him on the floor and before he could crash his head with his foot he was pushed away by Sooho.

"enough, don't cross the line, remember your sister is watching you?" he said pointing at the shocked girl.

"who do you think you are?" Sieun answered.

"Me? a guardian angel who just woke up from a nap?" Sooho joked out with a small smirk.

"you think this is funny?" the other boy answered still serious.

"it's supposed to be funny." Sooho scratched the back of his head.

Sieun stayed still for a bit then he threw a pencil case to Sooho making him cover his head, he took a chair and charged at him, Hyejin screamed.
