Celine woke with a start to the sound of two extremely loud voices. It took her a moment to realise it was Jungkook and Taehyung, singing happy birthday at the top of their lungs.

Blearily, she blinked at the clock: midday.

She rubbed her eyes - she couldn't remember falling asleep. In fact, she couldn't remember leaving Music Bank at all yesterday, only that she had been carried upstairs by Namjoon and placed gently into bed, before he climbed in beside her moments later.

Now, the mattress beside her was cold; she grinned lazily, knowing Namjoon would be downstairs with Hobi, and clambered from the bed to find him.

Sure enough, Namjoon was in the kitchen along with all of the others, sat around the kitchen table. At the head of the table was Hobi, decked out in a party hat and presented with a huge birthday cake that Jin had made the night before.

Celine went straight to Hobi, giving him a hug and wishing him happy birthday, before she walked around to where Namjoon was sat.

"It's so early for cake," she yawned, stretching her arms above her head. Namjoon's eyes darted to the slim strip of stomach that exposed under the hem of her t-shirt when she did so, before he pulled her down on to his lap at the kitchen table.

"It's the afternoon, baby," Namjoon grinned at her. "You slept all morning."

Something tugged at her stomach - something that didn't seem right, to do with last night - but she shook it off. "I know. I think Music Bank really knocked me out. I don't know how you guys do this every day."

From beside her, Jungkook laughed. "We were only able to do it before because we had you, noona," he said, reaching to take a slice of cake from Taehyung, who planted a surreptitious kiss on Jungkook's shoulder when no one was watching.

It was a simple sentence, and yet it filled her heart with such warmth, she thought it would burst; especially when Namjoon squeezed her hip softly in acknowledgement.

"Hey," Namjoon broke her out of her thoughts. "I have to talk to you about something later."

Celine turned on his lap to catch his eye, anxiety lancing through her. "Is everything okay, Joonie?"

Namjoon nodded. "Yeah, I promise. Everything is good. But it's important. I'll talk to you about it this evening, when there's no one around, okay?"

Celine bit her lip, feeling unsure. Was this to do with the anxious feeling in her stomach? She remembered now, why she'd had it; during the night she had woken to find the bed empty beside her. She hadn't thought anything of it at the time, but what if it was something to do with that?
