does sadness really worsen when we watch Rain fall down?
some don't seem so sad,
they read books and drink tea.
then there are others,
who call all their exes
and get drunk on whiskey.
no one wants to go outside,
so businesses make less money.
Rain puts on a great show,
wind blows,
Thunder claps his hands,
and places bets on the likelihood of Lightning striking another person.
And just like that they're gone,
maybe to wreck another place,
but the people are happy
to be rid of the rain.
