I step out of the shower and wrap a towel around me

I step out of the shower and wrap a towel around me. I clean the fog off the mirror and brush my teeth then dry my freshly washed hair.

I put it in a half up half down style and exited the bathroom. I rummage through the clothes I have at Ryder's and when I find something I like I pick them out and turn around only to get startled.

"Ryder! What are you doing? I thought you were downstairs." He's laying on the bed with one of my book in his hand.

"I mean it is my room-" He starts, but stops mid sentence when he sees I'm only wearing a towel. "Baby, I suggest you change into clothes real quick before we spend the whole day in here."

My breathing grows heavy from the way he's looking at me. He starts walking towards me and I back away, gripping my towel tighter around myself.

He stops just right in front of me and I suck in a breath when he reaches out and tuck a strand of hair behind my ear. "Your hair looks beautiful."

He leans closer. "And so do you." I stop breathing completely when he places a kiss behind my ear. "I'll be downstairs, come down when you're ready. Take all the time you need, okay?" I nod.

He kisses my forehead. "I love you, baby."

"I love you too." I say breathlessly.

All the warmth leaves my body as he goes out the door. I let out a huge sigh after the door closes.

This man is going to be the death of me.

I quickly change into some jeans and a long sleeve shirt since it's a bit chilly out. I put on some earrings since my usual necklace and rings are already on, and spray a little bit of perfume on myself.

I throw the used towel into the laundry basket, making a note to myself to wash it when we get back, since I'd feel awkward if Ryder needed to wash that. For what reason? I have no idea.

I walk down and find both him and his uncle in the kitchen. I go up behind Ry and wrap my arms around his torso.

He reaches behind him and puts a hand on my lower waist. "I'm almost done making your breakfast, then we can go." I press my cheek between his shoulder blade and nod.

"Thanks for making me some." I hear his uncle grumble.

"You're a grown ass man. Make your own food." I hit him on the shoulder and turn to face Ricky.

"When we get back I'd be more than happy to make something for all of us." He sends me a grateful smile.

"That's why you are my favorite and not him." He winks before leaving the kitchen so Ryder can't say anything.

He turns around in my hold and pulls me into his chest, kissing my head. "You look gorgeous. But let's take a jacket with us just to be sure."

I know he would always give me his hoodie or jacket if I was cold every time I leave mine here.

We put on our shoes and he grabs his keys from the key holder. "We're leaving. Don't burn down the house!"

His uncle shouts back from somewhere upstairs. "Bye, take care!"

Ry interlocks our fingers and opens the car door for me. As soon as we are both seated he grabs my hand again.

"It's a bit far, but it's a good neighborhood."

"I don't care if it's far from here."

He gives a gentle squeeze to my hand then takes a right turn. We drive for like forty five minutes and then come face to face with a beautiful house.

We get out and I'm still in awe at the sight of the two story house with a huge garden. Ryder wraps his arms around me from behind.

"I can see you like it from the outside. How about we take a look in the inside, hm?" I nod and he takes out a set of keys to open the front door.

The inside is just as beautiful as the outside. If not even more. "Ryder, it's gorgeous, but how expensive is this?"

"You don't need to worry about the price. Just tell me, can you see yourself living here with me?" I turn around and look at him.

"Yes."

A smile breaks out on his face. "Then I'll do the paperwork by the end of today. We don't have to move in immediately, just to know that this place is ours."

He cups my face between his hands and kisses me. "What color is your graduating dress?"

"Red. Why?"

"So I have enough time to buy a matching tie." It's my turn to smile like a complete idiot.

"I want to go somewhere." He nods.

"Of course, whatever you just want. But let me give you a tour before." He grabs my hand and we walk up the stairs.

There're a total of three bedrooms and the master bedroom. Two bathroom, one up here and one downstairs. The kitchen and the living room is opened together with a freaking chimney.

"The backyard is still too bear for my liking so I was thinking maybe you could plant some flower and I'll built a pool." I like that idea.

"I'd love that. I only have one question though."

"Go ahead, my love."

"Why do we need three extra bedroom?" I ask curiously.

He stills for a second before rubbing the back of his neck and continues, "Well, we need one for the guest bedroom if uncle Ricky or one of your friend or even your Abuela wants to stay over."

God, he's perfect.

"The remaining two is for our children." My eyes widen.

I turn around and look at him. He has a nervous expression on his face while looking down at me. "You want kids?"

"Don't you?"

"I'm not sure." I once promised myself that if I ever have children then I'm gonna be nothing like my mother or else I won't have kids at all.

"If you don't want to then we won't have." He kisses me on the cheek.

"But you just said.." I trail off.

"It doesn't matter what I said because it's not me who would be pushing them out. So it's your choice." He says and snuggles into the crook of my neck.

"So where did you want to go?" He leads me out of the house then locks it before opening the car door for me. We buckle in and he starts the engine.

"Abuela's please."
