Midoriya narrates "the provisional licensing exam is upon us."

Mera announced "Oh, right. For the 100 of you who passed tye first test, please turn your attention to the screen."

All the students turned to the screen, revealing tye test arena.

As they continue watching, an explosion happened around part of tye arena and collapse. This event shocked them as they questioned "why?"

Midoriya commented "wait. Does that mean...?"

Mera continues "there's only one more round to the exam. Your goal is simple: undertake rescue exercises and save the bystanders who are trapped in these disaster sites."

Kiyoko questioned "bystanders?" Kaminari and Mineta question the same thing.

Hagakure went to them and said "yep, we learned about them in class, remember? They're people at a disaster scene."

Yaoyorozu then explained "it can also simply refer to innocent citizens on the street"

As they returned their attention to the screen, Mera explained "Use this time to show us how you will carry out successful rescue procedures once you receive your provisional licenses. Treat this as though it were the real thing."

Mera then explained "these specialist have been trained as professional "persons in need of rescue." They're very popular. Introducing the "Help Us Company," also known as HUC for short.".

"So, they're basically actors, I guess?" Sero said

Tsu then said " it's the kind of job you never think about."

"But a necessary one in our world, since they support our hero training". Ojiro adds on

"The HUC bystanders have dressed up like injured victims and will be located throughout the disaster site. We'll be judging how well you keep them safe as you go about your mission. Oh, by the way. We'll be scoring you on a point system. If you have more points than then benchmark at the time the exercise comes to an end, then you pass the exam. We'll start in 10 minutes. Take care of any necessary preparations now." Mera explained

Iida walked where Midoriya was at and said "this looks familiar."

Midoriya nods "it's like Kamino ward."

Kiyoko was able to hear him and when he mentioned Kamino ward. She starts shaking as she remembers the event and her dream. She starts hypoventilating if something was suffocating her 'calm down, calm down, it's ok' she said in her head as an image of All Might's dead body plays in her head

She was in her head, she didn't hear anyone call her. "KIYOKO!" Inasa loud voiced snapped her out of it, making her look at him

"You look like something was bothering you, I was wondering if you were ok" he told her

"Oh I'm ok, just thinking" she lied and smiled at him. She never lied before and didn't like it, making her tummy upset about it.

"Alright then. Oh I almost forgot, I have someone you should meet" he grabs her shoulder gently and takes her to where he takes her

"Kk, Tiramisu" she smiled and let's him

She noticed that he was taking her to his friends, who was a male who was just a ball of hair with the Shiketsu hat and a girl with the same hat but in a black bodysuit and white boots.
