Word: Kaput
She was accompanied by a cloudy weather
As she stared at a dilapidated, old structure
The bungalow she once had called a home
It laid forgotten after the family's departure
The memories of the earthquake were vivid
It had also dragged her parents 6 feet under
As she stood in front of the house now kaput
A tree in the garden was the only remainder
She knew at once that its difficult to live there again
So she walked away, tears falling along with the rain
