Chapter Fourteen

"I admire how you teach us, love.." agad siyang napapitlag nang bumulong ako sa tenga niya. "You're so passionate about your job.."

She faced me at tumingala siya sa akin. Mas matangkad ako sa kanya, hanggang balikat ko lang ata siya. Perfect for my forehead kisses.

"That is why you should dismiss your crazy idea of courting me because it will just risk the thing that I love to do.." I ignored what she said and continued adoring her. Susulitin ko na habang hinahayaan niya akong makalapit sa kanya ng ganito

Her skin is so smooth and white, pale white. Because of it sobrang halata ang pagiging mabalbon niya, she hates it but i absolutely love it. Her hair and eyes are dark as night, matik din syempre na makapal ang kilay niya at mahaba ang pilikmata. My favorite feature of hers is her upper lip hair or short mustache. It's really cute

"I can still love you while you're doing what you love, my love.." She rolled her eyes and groaned, still facing me, may ibinubulong siya pero hindi ko rinig. I tried to understand what she's saying by watching the movement of her lips.

But her lips are inviting me, those red pouty lips, I slowly lowered my face. Napatingin siya sa akin and instead of pushing me she's just waiting for my next move. I closed my eyes nung isang pulgada na lang ang layo ng mga labi namin. Isinabit niya ang kaliwa niyang kamay sa batok ko then she caress my face with her right hand.

"Hoy Jan! Nakalimutan ko yung mga gamit mo ang layo ko na sana put– AAHHH Oh my god!" Lyric quickly pulled away while I remained in the same position with my eyes tightly closed. Dang, Clef! Ayon na e! Malapit na! "Hala, teh! Wag ka mahiya tuloy niyo lang. Hindi ako magsusumbong kay papa hehe.."

I shook my head when Lyric started walking palabas, binitbit ko ang mga gamit niya and told Clef na iwan niya na lang ang gamit ko. Babalikan ko na lang pagkahatid ko kay Lyric. Those are materials for Wellness and Recreation Program 7, one of our minor subjects.

"Akin na Clef.." nakakunot noong nakatingin si Lyric kay Clef. Clef is completely clueless what her sister is talking about. "Lijan's stuff. Ako na ang magbibitbit so she won't waste her time coming here again.." Clef smirked while Lyric just rolled her eyes. Siya na ang kumuha ng paper bag kay Clef at lumabas na.

"Kayo ha.. Kaya pala nagpapahuli kayo palagi tuwing uwian. Take note! Public place to! What more kung sa loob na ng office ni ate.." she's obviously teasing me. Imbes na matuwa sa pinagsasabi niya naiinis ako. Yun na sana ang simula e, may panirang bubwit. Hindi pala siya bubwit kase namana niya height ni Tito kaya halos magkasing tangkad kami.

"Walang ganon, Clef. Stop being delusional. Andon na sana kaso naudlot thanks to you.." Clef chuckled. I just shook my head.

I'm so disappointed. Don't get me wrong. I respect Lyric. It's just that feeling ko kung natuloy ang naudlot kanina maraming magbabago. Like magkakaroon na ng progress ang panliligaw ko kay Lyric.

"Stop pouting, Jan. I am genuinely sorry for what happened. Kung alam ko lang hindi talaga ako papasok vivideohan ko pa kayo for remembrance." We both laughed at what she said. Siraulo talaga. "I'm really sorry, besh.."

"I am not angry at you, Clef. Just annoyed.. So please next time silip muna ha? Lalo na ngayon i came up with a plan.." Clef's forehead creased.

"What plan?"

"OPLAN: Tease Lyric Ricafort till she gives in.." we both smirked pagkasabi ko non. Really thankful dahil kaclose ko ang kapatid ng babaeng mahal ko. Ang supportive pa. Nagpaalam na siya nung malapit na kami sa faculty building. Nauna na si Lyric and she's already inside the elevator. Medyo malayo pa ako kaya hindi na ako nakahabol bago pa sumara, hindi man lang pinigilan psh.

I'm trying to push the button but I'm having a hard time. Patong patong ba naman na mga libro nilagay ni Lyric? Kung siya ang papatong hindi ako magrereklamo char!

"That's a lot of books, Miss Andrico! Aanhin ng teacher mo ang libro for programming? Let me help you.." inilayo ko agad ang mga libro kay Miss Benett. "That book is owned by your brother. Bakit pa pinabitbit sayo? Can't he manage on his own?" my forehead creased. This is Glenn's?

"Pinabitbit po ni Miss Ricafort. Pwede po pabor, Miss? Papindot naman po ng 5th floor..'' That's where Lyric's office is located. Miss Benett quickly pushed the button at sabay na kaming pumasok. Pareho sila ni Lyric na nagtuturo sa Business Administration Department, kaibahan lang is sa 3rd and 4th year ang tinuturuan ni Lyric.

"Let me carry one of the books and her laptop. Hindi ka ba nabibigatan?" I shook my head and smiled at her. "I can manage, Miss.."

"Okay if you say so.." I smiled at her. "Can I invite you, Miss Andrico?"

"Saan po, Miss? What's the occasion po?" wala naman nasasabi si Rielle. Tapos sa December pa birthday non. At hindi pa naman kami champion kase hindi pa nagi-start ang NLSA. "Ikakasal ka na Miss?" pabiro niya akong hinampas at natawa rin ako. Miss Abrielle Benett is single and ready to mingle according to her sister, Rielle.

"No," I chuckled. "but yes if you'll ask me to.." my smile faded upon realizing what she had just said. Hinihintay kong bawiin niya ang sinabi niya but she's just looking straight into my eyes.

The elevator bell rang which indicates na nasa 5th floor na kami. Kasabay non ang pagbukas ng pinto ng elevator at bumungad si Lyric with her arms crossed in her chest. She looked at us from side to side. Hindi ko alam kung bakit pero feeling ko may kasalanan ako kahit wala naman?

Lyric slightly smiled at Miss Benett then quickly pulled me outside at hinila ako papunta sa office niya. Nang makapasok na kami sa loob siya na ang kumuha sa mga bitbit ko at inilapag yon sa mesa niya.

"So after flirting with me you will also flirt with another girl? At teacher din? Kaibigan ko pa! Tell me.." lumapit siya sakin. "Nangongolekta ka ba ng babae mo? Am I part of your collection huh?"

"Huh? Hindi.. Nakasabay ko lang si Miss Benett. She helped me kanina kase hindi ko mapindot button ng elevator because of your things.."

"Ah so it's my fault? Sabi ko naman sayo tumigil ka na sa kahibangan mo kase wala kang mapapala! You should have courted her instead of courting me!" my forehead creased. I tried to hold her hand but she shoved it away. "Don't touch me, Andrico! Kung hindi mo ako titigilan sasagutin ko na si Glenn! I think that's the only way para matigil ka na.."
