You should have noticed by now that every world in this universe registered under the various servers of bureau are owned and governed by an individual god/ goddess or a group of gods/ goddesses. The transmigration bureau calls them as 'The administrators' of their respective worlds. In this situation the souls (people) which reside in that world are obligated to worship that god only. Their devotion, prayers, beliefs, reverence are supplied to the god in the form of divine power acquisition. This divine power is what strengthens a god's authority and position in the heavenly realm. As there is a large variety of hierarchy in heavenly realms this power holds great significance for them.]

Lin Jin: How does this relate to this 'Artifacts'?

[It does. Just the way how these gods acquire divine powers from their worshipers some gods which are exceptionally impressed by their worshiper's loyalty reward them back. And their form of rewarding is by allotting them a supernatural object called as an 'Artifact'. This artifact holds some part of powers of that god and are very rare to find.]

Lin Jin: Who is the administrator of this world in which we currently are in?

[Luca and I already investigated it. It's a god named as Vulca.]

Luca: The pendant you saw in Xiang Shen's neck was given by God Vulca to Xiang Leihong (Xiang shen's mother) by seeing her impressive belief and loyalty in him. Now usually those gods offer an artifact which are embedded by a specific blessing something like prosperity, wealth, fortune, fame, power, success or any other blessing which could aid the worshiper in living a smooth sailing life as long as they keep that artifact with them.
