As the Kybuck Clan joined Luz, Lu became curious about that nature of the Jedi. It was clear to Luz that her new friends had similar abilities as Eda. Luz was also frustrated by the lack of progress in her training. Suddenly, a girl's voice could be heard.

???: You can do it! You can!

Petro: Did you hear that?

Luz: Mysterious voice of encouragement?

Everyone turns to see a girl around Luz's age with dark blue hair and glasses. She is seen attempting to practice magic.

???: You can do it. Even if you get a bad grade, it's not a reflection of you as a witch. And my parents are right. There are better opportunities on this track. Now, get to school!

As the girl paces around, she accidently steps on a flower. She immediately becomes upset.

???: Oh, no! Oh, little friend! I'm sorry!

The girl kneels down and repeatedly traces a spell circle. The flower perks back up and fully blooms. Seeing this shocks Luz as well as the Kybuck Clan.

Byph: Whoa...

The girl's ear wiggles as something rumbles off outside her vision. She turns as a wagon, being moved by magic, rolls to a stop in front of her, carrying a pot and a green haired girl reading a book.

???: Willow! Wow. You're so unnoticeable I almost rolled into ya.

Willow: Hi, Amity.

The Kybuck Clan and Luz watch from a distance as Amity belittles Willow. The brief confrontation ends when Amity summons a strange goo monster and commands it to make a star on Willow's head, mocking her. As Amity leaves, Luz sticks her tongue out at her.

Petro: Wow! What a total schutta!

As Willow wipes the star from her forehead, she becomes infuriated as her eyes began to glow green. The flower from earlier gets lost among giant thorny roots that burst out around it. They surround Willow, glowing and writhing angrily. One snakes out and grabs Luz by the ankle.

Katooni: Luz!

Without hesitation, Petro reaches for her Lightsaber and cuts the snake. This catches Willow's attention as she glances over to them. Without hesitation, Byph walks over to Willow and attempts to talk her down.  Willow finally seems to snap out of her anger. As the roots retreat, Willow rushes to Luz.

Ganodi: Remind me not to make that girl mad....

Willow: Oh, no, no, no, no, no! I'm so sorry!

Luz: It's okay. The thorns only went through a few layers of skin.

As Willow checks on Luz, she looks at Luz's ears and notices that her ears were circular as opposed to the pointed ears everyone else had.

Willow: So...circly.

Willow then glances over to the Kybuck Clan who all give her a confused look.

Zatt: Um...hey?

Willow: You're human! This is astounding!

Willow then excitedly helps Luz up.

Willow: A human on the Boiling Isles! How'd you get here? What are you doing here? Suddenly, bells were heard ringing in the distance.

Willow: Uh, I'm sorry. I can't stay. I have to go disappoint my teacher. It was nice to meet you, human.

Luz: Wait! I'm Luz. And you're Willow, right? What you did with that flower and those plants, it was... wow.

Willow: Thanks, but... I'm not even supposed to be doing plant magic. My parents put me in the Abomination track at school.

Luz: Like, magic school? I'm so jealous. I have a teacher, but her lessons are a bit... untraditional. I bet she wouldn't even let me enroll. But I wish I could spend one day there.

Willow: I wish I could get a passing grade for once. Then people would stop calling me "Half‐a‐Witch Willow."

As Willow said this, the Kybuck Clan and Luz couldn't help but feel bad for Willow. Gungi then walks up to Willow and places a hand on Willow's shoulders.

Gungi: <Do not let the words of others bring you down, Willow. You have shown us that you are gifted in your own way. Much like the wildlife that roams Kashyyyk, you are unique and have worth. No one can ever take that away from you.>

As Gungi attempts to raise Willow's spirit, Willow was simply confused as she didn't understand what Gungi was saying. Katooni soon steps in.

Katooni: Gungi is saying that you shouldn't let the words of others bring you down, Willow. You have shown us that you are gifted in your own way. Much like the wildlife of his world, you are unique and have worth. No one can ever take that away from you.

Willow: T...thank you, Gungi. I really appreciate it. You all seem...different. You're not Humans, but there's no one on the Boiling Isles that looks like you.

Petro: Actually I'm Human. Katooni's a Tholothian, Zatt's a Nautolan, Ganodi's a Rodian, Gungi's a Wookiee and Byph is an Ithorian.

The Kybuck Clan bowed their heads to Willow. It was in that moment that Luz had an idea.

Luz: Hey, wait. I know how we can both get what we want.

Luz then picks up a handful of the inactive Abomination goo and splashes it on her hoodie.

Luz: Make me your abomination. I'll get you a good grade, and you can get me into magic school. It's fiendishly clever. And just for an added measure, maybe you can have Gungi be an Abomination as well!

Gungi: <Wait! I don't consent to....>

Petro: Maybe Luz has a point, big guy. Summoning one Abomination is gonna get Willow a good grade. Summoning two Abominations is gonna help Willow ace it! Just like Luz said, it's fiendishly clever.

Gungi was hesitant about going through with this. He glances over to Willow and couldn't help but see the similarities between himself and Willow. At this point, Gungi sighs.

 Gungi: <Okay. I'll do it. For a friend.>

Petro: Gungi's in and so are we!

In that moment, Willow had found new friends in the form of Luz and the Kybuck Clan. As they put their fiendishly clever plan in motion, it would not go exactly as planned.
