The last three tests of the Quirk apprehension test went by smoothly. No interruptions, no softballs flying 700 meters, and nobody got lectured.
Your scores for the last 3 tests were pretty good in your opinion. You had managed to do 65 sit-ups straight without stopping (which you were pretty proud of), and complete the long distance run quicker than you had thought. Much to your suprise, you even did fairly well on the seated toe-touch. And, just like you, Himari had done pretty well on the tests.
Once all the tests were over, the class met up with Aizawa in front of the gym to get their results.
Even though you had done fairly well in all the tests, you were anxious about what your result would be. As far as you were concerned, your agent abilities we're nowhere near as good as hero course students' would be.
"Okay, I'll quickly tell you the results. The total is simply the marks you got from each test." Pulling his phone out of his pocket, he held it ready as he continued. "It's a waste of time to explain verbally, so I'll show you the results all at once."
Pressing a button on the phone, a hologram popped up with each persons name and score on it.
Looking at the hologram, you quickly scanned it for your name. If you were expelled, who knows what your boss would do.
'L/N Y/N... C'mon, where are you...? Bakugo Katsuki, Iida Tenya, L/N Y/N, Chinatsu Himari, Tokoyami Fumikage...'
Eyes widening, you shot your eyes back up to look at the top of the hologram. Seeing your name placed in 5th and Himari's name in 6th.
'5th and 6th. That's pretty good!'
Smiling, you threw a small party in your head. Happy to have gotten a good result.
Turning off the hologram, Aizawa was quick to look at us. "By the way, I was lying about the expulsion."
Hearing him, the entire class went silent. A mixture of suprised, relieved, and annoyed looks painting their faces.
Smiling, Aizawa was quick to add on. "It was a rational deception to draw out the upper limits of your quirks."
"What?!" Some of the class yelling in unison.
"Of course that was a lie. It should've been obvious if you just thought it through." Looking at Yaoyorozu, you gave her a pointed look.
"Would've been nice to know that information earlier..." You grumbled. Himari still gobsmacked beside you.
"With that, we're done here." Aizawa spoke, beginning to walk off. "There are handouts with the curriculum and such in the classroom. So when you get back, look over them."
Shaking your head, you walked over to the front wall of the gym, picking up Himari's water bottle and bringing it over to the girl. Still trying to figure out how you didn't realise your teacher was lying.
Using one of your fingers to close her wide-open mouth, you motioned the way back to the changing rooms. "C'mon, pick up your jaw and let's go get changed."
Seeing the girl still unresponsive, you shrugged, slapping her across the face then stepping back quickly, avoiding the oncoming punch.
"Well, I guess it's good to know your quick reflexes work all the time." You spoke.
Annoyed with your action, the girl shot you a look. "Yeah, yeah."
Waving the girl off, you handed her her water bottle. "Here, take your bottle and let's go. I don't like being out in the sun all day."
