Ch-12

Today is the day for which everyone was waiting for so long. Finally Jeon Jungkook is going to officially be Kims.

Seokjin was rushing from one corner to another checking if everything is as per his request or not. He doesn't want any issue on his little carrot's engagement day.

Mrs. Jeon was busy greeting and attending every guest whereas Mr. Jeon was no where to be found. Well Mr. Jeon was needed to start the ceremony so she sent Nari to look for her father. Kims have already came so she needs her husband beside her for their welcome too.

"Jungkook?"

Jungkook who was sitting having his banana milk to calm his nerves down stood up once he saw his father approaching him.

"Appa?"

"You are looking so pretty bub." Mr. Jeon said looking at his little son who grew up into a beautiful young man.

Hearing his father compliment him makes him a little shy but he compose himself quick. The last thing he wants today is to blush in front of his Dad.

"Dad, is it already time to go?" Jungkook asked biting his lower lips.

"Nervous bub?" Getting a slight nod from his son Hyun-woo was quick to embrace him into his arms.

"Don't be! Dad is here ok? Now listen, I tried my best to look for a perfect Alpha for you but you know theirs not a single soul who is perfect right?" Jeon Hyun-woo asked his son.

Jungkook nodded understanding what his dad is trying to teach him.

"Try to understand your Alpha too. I'm not saying you have to sacrifice yourself for someone else's happiness but keep in mind from today you both won't be two different beings. Someday you have to take a step back for your relationship so some other day he will.

A relationship is 50-50 from an overall perspective but on daily basis it's going to be 20-80 or 60-40. You need to know how much effort you need to put in.

Don't rush anything, don't expect much from anyone. Give yourself and him time to adjust to new lifestyle. You are understanding what I'm trying to say, right bub?"

"Yes Dad, don't worry I will not disappoint you" Jungkook said giving a small smile to his dad. He is really very nervous. At what limit he needs to stop sacrificing? How to decide that?

"Jungkook ,ask" Hyun-woo asked understanding his confusion

"When to...stop adjusting?" Jungkook asked timidly

"Hmm....Look son, there are two types of adjustment. One which is something you can change in your schedule to make everyone happy, that's a good adjustment. Then their's a bad adjustment too, something you are not comfortable with, something oppose to your beliefs. Their you need to say no."

" Thank you Dad, i really needed someone to talk to." Jungkook said hugging his dad closely. That's when his door opened and came Nari. Well she didn't like much seeing how Jungkook is hugging Hyun-woo but she as always kept it inside her.

" Dad, what are you doing here? Mom is looking for you downstairs. Everyone is already there. You need to start the ceremony. Come, you still have time to talk to Jungkook tonight." Nari said smiling.

"Oh are the Kims already there? Son, I'll go ok? Don't think much and relax. Dad is always here. " Hyun-woo said getting up to leave when Jimin made is entry.

"Jungkook, OMG I saw your Alpha. GUESS WHAT! HE IS FREAKING HANDSOME! AHHH!" Jimin said jumping infront of Jungkook who was just too stunned to speak anything.
