Michael's pov:
I met up with Mary again
"Ok let's start" she smiled like we were friends.
"You know him." It's a he, Noah? Terrence? I knew loads of men. I nodded
"Your really close to him"
"Noah?" She shook her head. Ok so it's not Noah
"He's four years older than you"
"Terrence?" I asked
"Maybe"
"Tell me the truth." I glared at her
"Terrence wanted me to help him make Noah dump you in front of everyone since he knew that's your biggest fear he said he did it because you said he didn't need love in his life." She explained
"I only said that because it's true!" I was so mad.
"His words not mine." I walked off angrily.
My own brother. Wow. Just how much could I betrayed? I went to the music rooms where he always was. I told his friends to leave and he glared at me.
"Don't glare at me you stupid bitch!" I slammed the door
"What are you talking about, cheater!" He yelled
"I didn't cheat! It's all a lie you did it because i was just giving you some advice? That's it? How could you?! My own flesh and blood!" I yelled
"Why are you accusing me?!" He shouted
"Because it was you! Mary told me everything so don't even lie." My heart broke knowing my own brother wanted to ruin me. I glared at him.
"How could you.." I said in a more lower tone
"She's lying to you!"
"How could you! Lie about your own brother, full on trigger my anxiety! You already know I'm going through shit and you still decide to do this?! Just how rude could you possibly get? It's my fault for even loving you as my brother! You deserve everything!! You deserve getting rejected!" I gritted my teeth
"I don't want your stupid name as my middle name. Ever. I'm never forgiving you no matter how much you beg." And I left slamming the door
I left him in complete shock. I was still so angry at him. That's when I got stopped by someone. Noah.
"Mike."
"Noah."
Very awkward start. His arms were all over me.
"I want to talk with you. Please." He whispered
"Why? You hate me, you dumped me, your happier without me." I replied
"I'm not I swear, just give me a chance.." He mumbled
I looked into his eyes, worry, sorrow does he feel bad? Was this not what he wanted? It had to be didn't it? He didn't look worried when he dumped me. What if Terrence had something to do with this?
"Another time. I'm really not in the mood." I bit my lip
I did want to speak with him, maybe he'd tell me the truth but something inside me told me not to.
"Text me when you are comfortable then. Please I really need to talk to you, you'll understand soon just please" he looked around
"Okay. Fine. Whatever I'll text you when im ready" my tone didn't sound right
Part of me wanted me to be nice to him but how could I? He nodded and gave me a slight hug, everything washed away from me, all my sadness. Then he walked off. God I need to speak to Val. She'd know what to do. It's fourth period, I'm skiving fuck maths, I ran to the toilets and rang Val.

"Hello?"
"Val I need to speak with you."
"What is it?" She asked
"Terrence was the one that did this all, with Mary's help I argued with him when I walked out Noah stopped me, he told me he wanted to speak with me but I told him I'd talk to him when I was ready he agreed and told me to text him when I felt comfortable, then he hugged me." I explained
"Woah." She replied
"What do I do? Im scared but when Noah hugged me everything just left me I know I said I hated Noah but I don't think I do.." I bit my lip
"Mike you should talk to him then." She said
"But what if it's just to bully me?" I asked
"When he spoke to you, how did his voice sound?" She asked
"He sounded worried" I whispered hearing a teacher come in just by their keys hitting.
I took a few deep breathes, I don't wanna have a panic attack right now. I held my breathe hugging my legs till the teacher left.
"They gone?" Val sent me a text.
"Yeah" I texted back
"Okay, then if he sounded worried then it's definitely not to bully you, you've known Noah since you were six Mikey has he ever done something to hurt you?"
"Yeah, dump me in front of everyone." I replied
"Except from that."
"No."
"Exactly he doesn't want to hurt your feelings, maybe him dumping you wasn't his intentions, maybe Terrence or Mary or someone else made him do it, you know Noah he's shy they might have threatened him he was close to you he wouldn't just push you out his life with just a few words trust me Mike, do you have any lessons with him?" She asked
"Yeah 5th period"
"Talk to him then, actually no Mary's in all your lessons write him a note saying that you want to talk to him after school."
"Okay, thanks, I gottta go it's lunch bye I love youu (FRIENDLY WAY)
" bye, I love you too mwah" and she rang off.
