After we finished eating, we all sat around the table, feeling content and at ease.
"So, what's next?" Nya asked, breaking the silence.
"I don't know," I replied. "Maybe we should evaluate our training and see what areas we need to improve in."
"Sounds like a good plan," Kai chimed in. "We need to make sure we're prepared for whatever comes our way."
We all nodded in agreement, knowing that we had to be ready for anything. The world outside of the monastery was full of dangers, and we had to be able to face them head-on.
As the night wore on, we all went to our separate quarters to rest and prepare for the next day's training. As I lay in bed I couldn't fall asleep something kept me up and I know what it was. I mumbled Harumi and looked out the window then everything went dark.
