"Eden wait up I need to return my book to the book room." I turned to wait for Matthew while he handed the book to Mrs.Gerson, a really strict librarian. "I turned all my textbooks in last week." I said smirking at him. "Well we can't all be perfect." He said pushing me into a locker. "Sucks to suck." Matthew and I are going to prom the twenty-third of May then graduating on the twenty ninth."I'll miss these hallways...hahaha fuck that."
Matthew is quiet so I turned and saw he that he's staring at Jessica. Her long hair twirling in her finger. "Dude talk to her. Before you pine away."
"I can't she wouldn't want me."
"No she does I lied about her talking to someone." He rolled his eyes. "I know idiot." I punched his arm. "Just gooooo."

Matthew POV
"Hey Jessica."
"Hey Matthew,follow me to my locker." That was quick. What are we going to do. Makeout? She reached in her locker and pulled out a yearbook. "Can you sign my yearbook?" I nodded a bit defeated and a little bit sad. She opened it all the way to the back and handed me a blank page. "Here's a whole page you could um...write a lot." I started to write about how it was a good year then I scratched it out.
"You,me prom"
She took it back and looked at me startled.
"Um."
"Please? I'll even get down on one knee."
"Matthew Parker on one knee?" I dropped to the floor. "Jessica please I beg you," I said loudly, "go to Prom with me." Her friends giggled and pushed her. "Of course Parker."

Eden POV
"Prom is nine days away Matthew told me." James said. He had snuck in my room and is cuddling my pillow. "Your point?"
"I saw this on a tv show." He then proceeded to rip off his shirt. On his rock hard abs he wrote Prom? Aww this flipping cutie. I kissed his cheek. "Duh dummy."
"Cool because I went to your school and bought tickets. Our school doesn't have Prom. All you need is a dress."
"You know if I didn't meet you I probably would have never went to Prom." He nodded. "You seem like that type of loner."
