Oscar pov

"where were you walking to dressed like that" I glanced at her short skirt rising up as she wiggled in the seat, trying not to stare.

"a party" she smiled rolling down the window leaning her head out. "you saying I look good, homie?" she asked mocking my voice

I shook my head and laughed without responding
yeah you look good delilah
is what I wanted to say, but that would be weird considering I met her this morning, I've known about her long before today though, she's not one to forget.

I watched as her long black hair hit her in the face from the wind, making her laugh.

"drive faster" she said turning to me, I looked at her confused

"are you scared or something? i dare you, drive faster" she smiled widely

I pressed my foot down on the gas pedal, making my car rumble.
she laughed and put her hand out the window playing with the wind

but her smile turned to a frown as i turned the corner slowing down, pulling into the driveway of the lawn full of people. I watched as she started fixing her hair in the little mirror above her.

"thank you for the ride" she smiled getting out, but I got out too

"oh, were you coming too?" she asked

"this is my house" I smirked at the face she pulled when she realized I was the one throwing the party

the lawn was full of Santos (his gang members) staring as she followed behind me

I turned around but she was gone, hugging a girl that passed her a shot.

I sat down grabbing the beer out of pablos hand and taking a swig before handing it back to him.
Pablo's a Santo but also one of my closest friends

"I pissed in that ese" he laughed before passing me a full beer out of the bucket of ice beside him.
"who's the hyna you pulled up with?" Chico asked stumbling down onto the couch next to me, he's also a close friend.

"no one" I said trying to take my gaze off her, I couldn't.
"by the way your staring at her right now, I don't think she's no one" Benji, the third of the bunch, and the oldest, pointed out making the other two agree with him.

"I was just giving her a ride, she was walking in the dark alone" I stated, lighting the blunt I pulled from behind my ear.

"since when did you care about any hyna walking alone" Benji smirked wiggling his eyebrows at me.

" callate." I glared back, smiling once my back was turned to him

Delilah pov

"you saying I look good homie?" I asked in a cholo voice with raised brows

with the windows rolled all the way down, my hair flew around hitting me in the face.
