EXT. THOR'S BEACH - DAY
[Heather runs frantically through the wooded section at the rim of Thor's Beach, panting heavily while making her mad dash. She has a slight relief when she spots a lone boat wedged between the shore and sand but it explodes before her before she can get into it.
Noell appears to be the riding Stormfly--the cause of the exploding boat--seeming rather pleased with herself.]
NOELL: You can break out of jail as many times as you want, but you're not getting off this island!
Bard turned towards Heather. "How many times did you break out of jail?"
Heather thought for a moment as this event happened three years before and didn't seem so significant now. "About seven times"
Bard nodded his head "impressive"
INT. DRAGON ISLES PRISON - DAY
[In the a single prison cell, Heather is forcefully thrown inside, tripping over as she stumbles in]
NOELL: Give it up Heather- (Noell slams the door shut and retains the pleased look on her face as she cocks her hip slightly) We have Dragons.
HEATHER: (desperately) Noell, I have to get back to Outcast Island!
NOELL: (bitter) Yeah, I bet you do.
[Noell is done with the situation, seeing herself out of the prison and sick of Heather's 'excuses']
HEATHER: You don't understand, Alvin has my parents!
"I thought that was an excuse to get the book of dragons?" Asgar asked confused
"Partly, I just slightly twisted the truth" Heather explained sheepishly
[Heather runs up to the door, holding onto the bars desperately. Noell, though, is wickedly amused by Heather's pleas, laughing a little tartly]
"Your jealousy and is blinding you sweetheart" Thyra told her gently
Noell blushed in embarrassment at her mother speaking facts. This was years ago but she was so upset not just because she betrayed their trust but because she hurt Hiccup. He was so upset after Heather's betrayal was discovered.
NOELL:Oh yeah? What happened to the "pirates"
HEATHER: (defeated) There were never any pirates. I made it part up....But, I had to. I needed you to trust me.
NOELL: Well guess what? We don't.
[Noell turns and walks again, more final this time]
NOELL: Not any more....
Hiccup looked at Noell with raised eyebrows "You actually trusted her at one point?"
"Of course I did"
Hiccup turned back to the screen "You could've fooled me" he said causing Noell to huff
[Heather steps forward right up to the door, still clinging to the bars but Noell is finished with the conversation, leaving Heather alone in her thoughts and worries yet again]
EXT. OUTCAST ISLAND - DAY
[Meanwhile, on Outcast Island, a small group of men are surrounding a wild Gronckle, which is making a territorial mark on the fallen book]
OUTCAST #1: Uh...is that the book?
SAVAGE:Looks like...
[The gronckle moves over the book, growling at even the slightest step closer to it]
SAVAGE: The only question is...How are we gonna get to it?
OUTCAST #1: (wistfully) Uh...if we had the dragon book...maybe it would tell us what to do!
(Savage stares dully towards the other Outcast, feeling surrounded by idiots)
