MAISIE and LANDO were now in his private plane. It was the 27 March, the grand prix was the 2 April but they were already leaving for Australia. Well Lando suggested it, and as she didn't have any appointments, Maisie accepted.
They will arrive in just a few hours since they already had their stopover in Singapore.
A WHILE LATER...
LANDO and MAISIE finally arrived in Australia! After too much hours in a plane they thanks to a cab which was ordered for them went to the hotel. In the hotel they checked in at reception and went up to their room,
yeah, their room.
"i want to sleep" she complained as she immediately jumped into the bed
"me too" he added and joined her "but we can't sleep right now because of the jet lag"
"a little nap? just a little one.."
"well, i guess we can sleep like what? 30 minutes? It won't disturb our jet lag.."
"yeah" maisie agreed, she got up from the bed turned off the light and went back to the bed
"well good 30 minutes nap" lando told her
"good 30 minutes nap to you too"
And they quickly drifted to sleep...
CLEARLY MUCH MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATER...
Lando slowly woke up seeing Maisie still sleeping. Her head was placed on his chest and his arms were around her.
He smiled seeing this and carefully decided to wake her up because they clearly slept too much..
"maisie, wake up"
"mhm"
"seriously wake up, the nap lasted a long time" Lando calmly talked and after a few more minutes of insisting she finally woke up
"i think we slept more than 30 minutes" Maisie chuckled
