Maisie have been trying to call her boyfriend since some minutes but he wasn't answering. Maybe he was busy? That's what she thought until she heard his loud laugh coming out of the small living room space, confused she walked there and she saw her brother FaceTiming her boyfriend.
"What the fuck-" Maisie spoke as she got just next to her brother, "I've been trying calling you!" She exclaimed now taking to Lando
"Well sorry I didn't saw since I'm calling your brother"
"Yeah and you're interrupting our conversation" Noah commented
"Why am'I the third wheel here?"
"Because it's life, get over it"
"Shut up Noah" Maisie rolled her eyes and smacked his arms before quickly stealing her brother's phone and running into her bedroom with it, "Hey"
"Hey love" Lando smiled at her, "how are you?"
"Calling me 'love' is a way to be forgiven because you did not answered my calls?"
"Maybe? Is it working?"
"No"
"Too bad, I'll find another way then" Lando spoke, chuckling before he changed the subject "So how was your day? What did you do?"
"We visited a bit. We went to the Empire State Building, Central Park and oh my God we saw a lot of squirrel they were soo cute! I took pictures I'll send them to you later. It was so cool, it has been since literally years that we came back here, I know my dad would be happy and even though it's not the same without him I love this city so much" Maisie began to talk as her boyfriend attentively listened to her with a smile on his face. He loved when she would tell him everything about her day in details and he knew she loved doing this
"I'm glad you enjoyed your day so far and I'm sure your dad is very happy and proud of you and Noah"
"Thank you" She smiled back at him and a silence of only some seconds settled in but she then broke it "And tomorrow we're visiting a museum and after we will see the statue of the liberty because Noah absolutely want to see it again" Maisie added, playfully rolling her eyes
