It been a year since the war begin and currently both Republic and CIS is causing the Republic war fund to practically exhausted. Thus the Senate is divided to either financing more troops or de-regulation of the banking system.
Currently Emperor Vader and his council is in a meeting about the war when the doors to the chamber open revealing Mina Bonteri and Padme.
Count Dooku: "Senator Mina care to explain why The senator Padme is here" he said.
Mina Bonteri: "Honest council. Both myself and Padme want to initiate a mutual peace negotiation" she said which many council members agree while the rest are glaring.
Emperor Vader: "This wouldn't happen to involve the republic war fund situation" he said surprising Padme.
Padme: "Yes but how do you know about that?" She said which Emperor Vader chuckle.
Emperor Vader: "Unlike the Republic the CIS is well informed of money issues that we don't lack it. However we will agree to hold a meeting to temporary stop the war to give you republic a break" he said surprising everyone.
Padme: "You would do that? But why?" She said completely confused.
Emperor Vader: "For a year we been fighting and although the Republic is gaining ground they are losing the war without knowing it especially since their corruption run deep" he said causing Padme to frown.
Padme: "What do you meant by that?" She ask which Emperor Vader chuckle.
Emperor Vader: "Your Republic is nothing but a former shell of it former glory. The Jedi is nothing but so called peace makers when in reality they are bringers of suffering. And Union think they are unstoppable when in truth they are children trying to act like adults. So tell me why should we be in peace when you can't see the shadows" he said which many CIS council members agree with his logic.
Suddenly a sith enter the room and whispers something to Count Dooku who frown then stand up.
Count Dooku: "My lord. It would seems the Republic generator was attack and is currently blaming us for the attack when in truth their own droids destroyed themselves. Thus they pass the bill" he said shocking Padme.
Emperor Vader: "As I thought the republic would believe lies rather than the truth. Be gone Senator Padme and bring that Jedi with you as your annual for peace is denied" he said which horrified Padme then she leave.
Once she was gone Mina Bonteri bow to the council.
Mina Bonteri: "Forgive my friend and student, honest council for she was taught by me" she said.
Emperor Vader: "That is understandable since you were not at fault senator Mina. However should she return with any jedi knows that it will be on your head" he said which Mina nod then leave alongside the many council members.
Count Dooku: "My lord perhaps it time to recruit the Night sister's as my spies reports Union will arrive and wipe the Night sisters out should they refuse to join us" he said which Emperor Vader thought.
Emperor Vader: "This is the perfect moment to test out the new weapons and tanks. Very well it time for the sisterhood to join the empire" he said
