The couple reached the gusu lan sect by the evening, they went to the registration office the moment they touched the ground,they took the new registration from last year as they don't know jingyi's birthday, the search was easy they found the form very easily,he is now in the sect house which is for the children who don't have parents and the relatives are unwilling to take them in,they immediately visited him but according to the rules the verification of identity and registrations and other processes will take at least half day time so they will get the baby  the next day morning, it's already easy as lan wangji is the heir of lan sect and they don't need much procedures so the couple can't pressure them, baby jingyi looks at weiying and smiles at him and made a grabby hands making the said man melt, weiying took a'yi in his arms he is not even a one year old baby. They played with him and went to jingshi as it is dinner time, weiying can't let go but lan wangji convinced him by saying it's only a matter of one day,lan wangji left for a few minutes before coming with ingredients to cook

Actually lanwangji arranged the kitchen as he hoped that weiying would come and live with him one day and weiying don't like lan food,he also learnt cooking from lady Jiang at the time of war saying he just wants to cook for his wife ( and where is the lie guys ) ,he also learnt to handle spicy food,he started cooking for weiying he made Lotus pork rib soup, crispy fried chicken ,rice and grilled fish he also made some tofu and mushroom stir-fry.

Weiying helped him set the table and was shocked to see the dishes they are looking very tasty and he doesn't know lanzhan could cook this well. When they started eating he tasted soup he immediately asked lanwangji

Wwx:lan zhan this soup tastes like shijie 's but there is also something different

Lw:added some herbs for weiying

Wwx(nodded):by the way lanzhan how and when did you learn cooking,it tastes yummy and a bit like shijie .

Lw: learnt for weiying in war camp from lady Jiang. want to learn all weiying's favourite added some herbs for a bit healthy, and weiying no talking while eating

Weiwuxian scoffed a little but he was moved by the gesture, nobody paid this much attention to him other than shijie and qingjie, he just ate silently and both of them cleared the table as soon as it is over weiying came over and kissed lan wangji on cheeks "Do you know lanzhan, I am so lucky to have you in my life" he said while hugging him listening to his heartbeat.

"Mn,wangji is more lucky to have weiying" lan wangji said while holding weiying tightly

Weiwuxian just smiled at the statement and looked up into wangji's eyes,they started kissing and things escalated and the couple ended up in bed minutes later and they both slept with lanwangji promising everyday means everyday much to the distress of weiying.

Weiying couldn't do anything but sigh the couple were tired and slept.

Next morning:

In the morning wangji is the first to be awake ,he saw weiying  hugging him in sleep his sunshine is holding him tightly he felt he didn't want anything else but this ,he kissed weiying's forehead.He then let weiying rest and got up to complete his morning business,he made weiying steamed buns and dumplings and woke up weiying, weiying woke up right away as today will be the day jingyi will be handed over to them , he also hurriedly fresh up and came to eat ,they both went to the sect house and completed all the procedures, then they  gave  jingyi to lanwangji. Jingyi is jumping in his arms to go towards weiying, which made weiying smile and he said

Wwx:look lan zhan my a'yi is on my side, a'yuan always gets attached to you if both of us are present now a'yi is attached to me,now it is balance.

Lz: Mn wangji is also on weiying's side

Wwx:aww lan zhan warn me before will you i will die of heart attack

Lz: will make sure weiying don't die

Wwx:Now let's rest for a while and change jingyi so we can go back.

They both made jingyi sleep in a small bed weiying arranged for him, much to his luck the old bed where lan wangji used to sleep as baby is there,the couple also went to bed and lan zhan slept while weiying couldn't sleep. He took the manual given by jingyi's caretaker, and started reading he was deep in thought  that he didn't notice lan wangji woke up.lan zhan back hugged weiying and said "wei ying why are you not sleeping, what are you thinking"

Wwx:lan zhan can we be good parents, you know though I took care of a'yuan he is older than a'yi, also I got help from granny and qing jie but a'yi is a baby,i don't know much about the babies,what they eat , what they shouldn't eat,how to bath them ,i know nothing, what if i accidentally hurt him . I don't want him and a'yuan feel any pain lan zhan

Lz: weiying you took a very good care of a'yuan though you are very young and have a lot of problems,now you have experience and I am with you as well, we will learn everything together, and weiying did a good job already, look how much juniors are attached to you, you will be the best parent in the world.

Weiying just smiled brightly and said:yes we can do it together and our families are with us but lan zhan do you think your uncle will accept me?

Lan zhan : he will, xiongzhang and I will convince him

Then they heard jingyi's cry ,it almost afternoon so lan zhan made food for weiying and boiled milk for jingyi , while weiying got jingyi ready,he made sure the clothes are soft and the water are warm when both are done weiying and lanzhan ate and they fed jingyi.weiying lifted jingyi and is rubbing and patting  jingyi's back a bit hard to make him burp.

Lz:weiying what are you doing,why are you patting him that much

Wwx:lan zhan we should do it to make him burp or else the food will not digest properly,so we should make sure he burps and if we do it like this he will burp,an aunty who has a baby from our sect told me once when I am  child and you know I also attended baby care and makeup classes with shijie because i want to help my partner in taking care of the children.

Lan Wangji was just impressed He just looked at  weiying admiringly ,he must be very lucky to have weiying in his life

As if on cue jingyi burped and after a minute he slept again

Wwx:look lanzhan he slept again,how much these babies sleep,huh,he is so cute even while sleeping

Weiying just kissed jingyi's cheek and looked at lanwangji and kissed him on the cheek as well,lan wangji is too shocked to speak

Wwx: Now let's go once a'yuan is also there our family will be complete

Lz:our family (a small smile appears on his face)hmmm

They both started their journey to lanling after sending message to lan xichen and Jiang yanli.
