Theo's POV:

After the events that took place with Eden in the secret room, I quietly carried her back to her room and put her to bed for the night. Luckily, Eleanor hadn't come back to their room yet, so she wasn't able to ask questions or bombard me with details about us. If there even is an us..

I kiss Eden on the cheek and slowly close her door and turn off her overhead light. I walk down the stairs to see some of my fellow Slytherin students entering the common room to go to sleep. As they disperse to their separate rooms, I take a seat on the sofa, alone, under the tiny bit of lighting from the lamp.

My mind begins to race. Eden. I don't think she has any idea that I am completely wrapped up in her. I only wish that Draco hadn't returned for a few more weeks, hell, even months so that I could help her completely forget about him. I could be what she needs and what truly makes her happy. The time we've spent together has been nothing less than perfect. She's my girl.

I sit there for a few more minutes before I see Mattheo and Draco descend the stairs and enter the common room. Can't even think alone for five fucking minutes..

They join me by sitting on the sofa across from me.

"Are you okay, mate? You kinda of drifted after what happened up there." Draco speaks up.

"I'm fine," I reply without hesitation.

"What's going on Theo?" Mattheo leans forward trying to read my facial expression.

I jump up from the sofa to walk over to the balcony and gaze out at the moonlight. I remain quiet for a few minutes before Mattheo joins my side.

"Theo?" He implies that he's waiting for a response to his last question.

"Fuck man.." I whisper to him as a tear springs from my eye. I quickly wipe it away and cover it up with a small yawn.

Mattheo lays her arm across my shoulders and gives me a moment to breathe before replying.

"You know, things aren't going to be different now. She's ours. Nothing has changed. Except that the witch hunt my father ordered on her has been revoked." He laughs under his breath.

I roll my eyes at his comment and try to refrain from knocking the shit out of him. Inconsiderate prick.

"It's going to be very difficult for me, Mattheo.. Sharing."

He removes his arm from across my shoulders and looks over at me. "You don't think Draco feels the same way? He knows what's went on with the two of you. He sees how happy you make her, whether you choose to believe that or not. Hell, I may even be a little jealous to be honest. I don't have what the two of you have with her.. But for the sake of your friendship with Draco, and the love you have for Eden, try to make it work. We will eventually have to establish a set of rules for our, "relationship", which I'm not so sure she'll even follow to begin with, but who knows? It will all work out the way that it's supposed to." He laughs and takes a deep breath before leaving me alone on the balcony again.

Rules? What the fuck does that mean for my relationship with Eden?

Ten more minutes pass and I enter the common room again and quickly pass by Mattheo and Draco before they can spare another word or glance towards me. I enter my room and close the door, feeling immediately sick to my stomach and faint. I lean against the door and slide down to the floor. Placing my hand over my heart, I can feel it beating rapidly as my thoughts begin to swarm. I sob quietly to myself amidst the darkness surrounding me and try to slow my breathing. I hear a rustling noise from the other side of the room and watch as Blaise rolls over in his bed to look down at me.
