Shànyīn had spent the past hour moving through the hospital, healing sick patients with her remarkable abilities. Everywhere she went, she received praises and heartfelt thanks from those she had helped. Their smiles and gratitude warmed her heart, and she couldn't help but feel a sense of fulfilment in making people happy.

As she finished tending to the last patient, Shànyīn couldn't help but wonder where her brother, Èguǒ, had gone. She realized she couldn't sense his presence nearby anymore. Deciding to reach out through their telepathic link, she sent a mental inquiry to him.

"Èguǒ, where are you? Are you still at the hospital?" she asked.

Èguǒ's voice chuckled in response through their mental connection. "No, dear sister. I left the hospital after dealing with what I needed to. I'm currently comforting a young boy who was being bullied by some of his peers. Don't worry; I've already taken care of the bullies."

Shànyīn, grateful for her brother's actions, got his location and decided to teleport to where he and the young boy were. As she materialized beside them, the young boy looked at her in awe, clearly surprised by her presence. Shànyīn greeted him with a warm smile and asked, "What's your name, young one?"

The boy stammered out his name, clearly overwhelmed by the sudden attention from the akuma who radiated goodness and compassion.

"T-Tobias,"

Shànyīn nodded and crouched in front of him, her kindness radiating. "Nice to meet you, Tobias. Can you tell me why those other kids were picking on you?"

The boy shrugged, eyes filled with a mixture of sadness and anger as he replied, "I don't know... They just always make fun of me."

Shànyīn gently reassured him, "Don't let those bullies get to you alright? You don't need to change for anyone, no matter what they may say,"

Èguǒ smirked at his sister's words and chimed in, "And I'm pretty sure I've terrified those other kids enough that they'll think twice before bothering you again. Don't you think so?"

Tobias' eyes brightened as he looked up at Èugǒ, a hint of a smile forming. "Yeah, you did! Thanks a lot!"

Shànyīn gave her brother a knowing smile, grateful for his protective instincts.

"Now why don't we accompany you back to where you're supposed to be?" she suggested.

Tobias' eyes lit up and he nodded eagerly, "Sure!"

Two days later...

Two days had passed since Shànyīn and Èguǒ had embarked on their mission to serve justice in Paris. The city was abuzz with reports of miraculous events and unexplained occurrences. Shànyīn, who had quickly become a recognizable figure, was credited with numerous acts of kindness and miracles. People couldn't stop talking about the mysterious "Princess of Good Karma" who had touched their lives.

Reports also came in about Èguǒ, known as the "Harbinger of Bad Karma." His presence seemed to cast a shadow over those he confronted, leaving them with feelings of unease and guilt or worse. Many whispered that he was a force to be reckoned with, balancing out the good deeds performed by his sister but still managing to help people out.

Meanwhile, Monarch had grown increasingly frustrated. His akumas, which had been unleashed with the purpose of capturing Ladybug and Chat Noir, hadn't made a single attempt to locate the heroes. Even more perplexing was the fact that Ladybug and Chat Noir were nowhere to be seen. They had seemingly vanished from the scene, leaving Paris in a state of confusion.

Monarch's brow furrowed as he paced back and forth in his lair. His grand plan to finally obtain Ladybug and Chat Noir's miraculouses had taken an unexpected turn. The twins' actions were not in line with what he had anticipated, and he couldn't comprehend why the heroes had not made an appearance to confront the akumas.
