Chloe Salazar Responds To The Harsh Criticisms Made By The Other "Street Woman Fighter" Dancers

Most of the dancers on the show believe she is the "weakest link."

Mnet's fierce dance competition, Street Woman Fighter 2 has only released one episode so far of the second season, but it has already been filled with headline worthy moments. There have been many notable moments in the survival program thus far, but one of the most talked about may be the interesting internal competition between Chloe Salazar and the other dancers.

With her participation in Street Woman Fighter, however, many of the other dancer participants are starting to "call out" Chloe Salazar for her idol dancing skills — which they believe is inferior to their professional dancing abilities.

The other dancers competing in the show are professional dancers, which means dancing is their entire career and life. Whether it's on a dance team or for an agency, the other competitors all have grand experiences working and training just in dancing. Due to this, the Street Woman Fighter 2 participants couldn't help but pick Chloe Salazar as the "weakest link" in the show due to her background as an idol.

With Chloe herself having been dancing since she was 3 years old, studying in many different styles as a child growing up in Spain, and attending a dance school. Where she spent around 11 hours of the day dancing. Specialising and learning many different dance styles, which she continued coming over to Korea.

Where she became a dancer under SM Entertainment, before becoming a trainee and a choreographer for groups and herself.

Upon finding out about Chloe Salazar's participation in the show, many of the other dancers voiced their opinions on the AESPA member's abilities.

"I believe there is a difference between an idol and professional dancers." ~ Minny Park from Deep N Dap.

Another dancer, this time Lia Kim the leader from 1 MILLION, vocalized her thoughts on Chloe Salazar's background as an idol member, which she believed made her the "weakest link" on her dance team.

"She's just an idol, what has she done for this industry? She's a meh idol and an even worse dancer. She is by far the weakest dancer here, should she even be here? No."~ Lia Kim from 1 MILLION

While Redlic from MANNEQUEEN praised Chloe Salazar's efforts, she couldn't help but comment on her initial surprise to see a non-professional dancer competing in the midst of the professional participants.

As these reviews of Chloe Salazar were shown on the big screen to all of the contestants, she had a hard time keeping a neutral face as she heard criticism after criticism.

However, as the negative responses piled up against her, they seemed to fuel her motivation as the former girl group member shared her desires to "work even harder."

With her No Respect dancer being Lia Kim as she chose second out of the dancers in the room. Creating tension as she called out Lia Kim on her comments, before winning the battle 3-0.

"Respect, I was planning on picking a dancer I respect, but that went out the window, the second this person spoke about me the way she did, and she has lost my respect.... so Lia Kim...... Are you ready for a loss on this board? I'll show you who the meh one is." ~ Chloe Salazar from Jam Republic.
