He ran after her. He grabbed her arm, but she slapped him away.

"Get away from me!" She yelled,

"You need to listen to me."

"Why should I?!"

"I told her to get away from me and she wouldn't listen."

"You could've gotten up and moved away from her!"

"I couldn't move!"

"It's called push her off!"

"I couldn't!"

Stephanie went outside after hearing the yelling. When she realized it was her sister and Adam, she became angry.

"It's not that hard to push someone off you know!"

"BOTH OF YOU JUST SHUT UP!"

They stopped yelling and both stared at her.

"You love each other and you have since you were kids. You're not just gonna throw twenty five years away like that, are you?"

"Did you not see her on his lap?!"

"I saw the whole thing."

"I'm not forgiving him."

"He did nothing wrong."

"I've had it with you both." She grabbed the backs of their shirts.

"What are you doing?!" Kim demanded.

"I recall telling you and him to shut up."

When they got back inside, she threw them into a booth. Everyone barricaded them so they couldn't escape.

"I'm not in the mood, Steph."

"I'm the one talking and asking the questions here."

"You're the younger sibling here."

"Kim, she said be quiet and listen to her."

She turned around to see her father standing behind her.

"Dad, I'm not listening to some twenty three year old."

"You and Adam belong together."

Leslie handed Stephanie a photo album, and she tossed it onto the table.

"I want both of you to take a nice, long look at that."

"I'm out of here." Kim tried to get up, but Leslie sat on her lap.

"Get off me."

"I'm keeping my ass parked right here until you forgive him."

"Your ass will be parked here for a while."

"I remember that one day at camp, you and I were sitting on the porch during rest hour. I asked you if you had met any cute boys, you said 'Yeah I did. His name is Adam.'"

"Don't remind me."

"We're trying to help you."

"What would you know about love? Your fiancée's dead."

"You'd be surprised just how much I know about love. I know the feeling of loving something so much, that you never want to let it go. I know you feel that way about Adam."

"Not anymore." She got up and ordered everyone to move out of her way.

Her tires squealed as she pulled out of her parking spot and took off. Everyone went back to where they were previously standing. Adam hung his head down and let out a sad sigh. Leslie dropped into the seat across from him.
