Today is Christmas Eve, and I woke up extra early to pick up Joshua's mom from the airport, Joshua is a sensitive sleeper but his sleep is heavy during the last hours of sleep

I make him breakfast and leave a note I would be home in 2 hours, I grab an extra coat in case his mom didn't bring one and head to the airport, when I get to the airport I grab the coat and head inside

I wait for about 30 minutes until I see her

Wow she's the same, probably just aged but still the same

"Mrs. Hong over here!" I shout getting her attention

I walk to her

"Hello Seokmin, wow u grew up so well, very handsome." She said patting my shoulder

"Oh- thank you, you look beautiful Mrs Hong." I said smiling

"Aw that smile, the same one." She said

I smile wider

She laughed

"We should go Joshua is waiting." I said

"Of course" she said following me

We go to my car and head back to my house, I text Joshua I'm on my way back and he texted a good morning and said thank you for the breakfast

We get to the house and I unlock the door

"Baby~" I said

"In the kitchen!" He said from the kitchen

"I have a surprise." I said

I hear him pulling the chair back and coming towards the door

"What is it?!" He asked with sparkling eyes

I chuckled

Mrs. Hong was behind me and I move to the side making her appear

Joshua facial expression freezes, he stands there and his eyes start to get glossy

"Mom?" He said with a quite voice

"Hi sweetie." His mom said coming towards him

Joshua hugs his mom strongly

"I missed you." He said crying

"Me too." She said kissing the top of his head

They sit in the couch and start talking, I bring her bags to the guest room and go gown stairs I put some coffee in a mug and bring to the couch

"Here you go Mrs. Hong." I said giving the coffee to her and sitting next to Joshua

"When did you guys plan this?" He asked

"When I asked to use your phone some weeks ago." I said

"Ohhh." He said "Thank you." He said hugging me and I hug back

"When did you guys get together?" His mom asked taking a sip of the coffee

"Almost 2 month ago." I said hugging my boyfriend my the waist

She smiled

"I'm really happy for you two, Joshua always seemed lost in the states, I'm glad you guys found each other again." She said

Joshua gets shy and hides his face in my neck and we laugh

Later we packed up all the present from the kids in the orphanage and later we would will go to the orphanage to bring the present after all the kids are sleeping
