5. A dog

Since the discussion of 'marriage' the last time, she hasn't mentioned it ever since. However, she made it impossible to leave the premises, as she cancelled my flat and explained my chef the situation. Great! No home, no work... I'm stuck in this place.

One week passed and nothing exciting had happened since then, through that time I read several books, listened to music and did some drawings. Neither Walter nor Integra came around; I assumed that she doesn't marry me off anymore, but even so I have to gain a title somehow. I only received a letter from Corrie, there she wrote things I could translate in 'bla bla bla', its constantly about her like, I couldn't care less about it I got my own problems here. After two pages done, there were only the last three sentences where for me at the bottom to answer. "How is it to live in a mansion? Is there someone you fancy? Sorry for not telling you. Kiss kiss your friend, Corrie." I ripped the letter apart and threw it into the fireplace.

"Friend...pah!!!!!" I snorted "Like hell you are!"

Lost in my rage, I jumped from the knock on the door. It was girl in a blue...short...uniform, she looked at me with a smile "Hi nice to meet you, I am Seras Victoria" she holds a bag up for me to see "Integra asked me to give this to you." Inside where several dresses, Seras wanted to put them on now, while she waits on my bed. I had seen no reason to dress behind doors, as she is a girl too. She didn't tell me as to why I should wear them. At the end I picked out a night blue dress, which had long arms, a V-neck and it goes a little above my knees, simple but fancy. She told me to keep it before leaving me alone. I went back on my bed to read, as another knock came again. "The door is open!" another knock came "It's open!!" the knock went louder.

"Coming!!!" I threw the book aside and opened the door, only to see...a dog. I looked around to find the one knocking, since a dog isn't capable of such. "Hey there, where do you come from? Where's your owner?" but instead of an answer it pushed itself passed me and placed himself on my bed. "Oi!!! That's my bed, get down, who gave you permission to enter?" The dog didn't show any sign of obeying me. I tried to push him off, but he was too heavy to get off. After a while, I gave up. I went towards the bath undressing myself, while walking, the dog followed me with his eyes and it was creepy. "Don't get comfortable, once I find your owner you have to leave." It gave me a bark before I left it, taking a shower. I closed the door, but unlocked, stepped into the tub, curtains moved aside and began to feel at peace once the warm water hit my body. In the meantime, the dog sat up and wandered around my room, it went through my jewellery box, before stopping at my door. He used his large paw to get the handle down, through the humming I made, I didn't hear it. The dog sat next to the tub, till I came in sight "Couldn't you wait till I'm done? Silly dog" it barked at me. "Don't give me that, you don't barge in a ladies room..." as he stood up, I went around him to lift his tail "especially if the company...is male" I couldn't help but chuckle at my own stupidity, like a dog would understand such things. The dog however yelped at my action and barked at me like crazy. I assume even dog can feel embarrassed. I left him in the bath while getting dressed and ready to leave the room, to my surprise as I looking for the dog...he was gone. I checked the entire room, not a single sign of it. I decided to ask Walter about the dog, but sadly, he and Integra weren't here. I give it a try tomorrow.

The next day, I was woken up pretty harshly. It was Walter barging in with a long garment cover bag and two boxes "Miss N/A it's time to wake up, you have only an hour to get ready" I yawned before answering "What's the rush Walter? Do we have visitors or something?" "Today is a big day for you; I will help you get dressed." I was still tired; it took me a time to catch up with the butler, as I headed towards the bag and boxes. With a loud yawn I opened them. In an instant, I was wide awake...what I saw was beyond any nightmare I ever had.

I lifted the large piece of clothing up and shook my head violently. "no,no...no!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
