In just a few days, the jaguars will be heading off to play an away game that is expected to last for approximately four weeks. This means that for that entire time, I will not get to see Jermaine. Admittedly, I would be dishonest if I claimed that I am completely okay with being apart from him for such a prolonged period. However, I recognize that this is an inevitable aspect of his profession, and I maintain a positive outlook by focusing on the fact that four weeks is certainly better than enduring months of separation.

To avoid seeming too attached, I've been taking a nonchalant approach to the situation. However, Jermaine was able to see through my facade during a group date with Whitley, Isaac, Mya, and Omar. Despite my efforts to be cheerful, I couldn't hide my disappointment when the guys started discussing the upcoming jaguars game. While I'm excited for the games, I'm definitely not looking forward to not seeing him in person during that time.

To cheer me up he surprised me with a couples spa day located in LA which was a couple hours drive from San Diego. I must admit, his thoughtful gesture did manage to lift my spirits slightly. We spent the entire day being pampered and indulging in relaxation treatments that left us both feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

One of the highlights of the day was when we decided to try out the couples massage. As our skilled masseuses worked their magic, I felt all the tension leave my body, and a sense of tranquility washed over me. It was a moment of pure bliss, and I couldn't help but steal glances at Jermaine, who was equally immersed in the experience. Our eyes met, and in that moment, I knew that our love was stronger than any distance or time apart.

After indulging in a day of relaxation at the spa. We embarked on a sightseeing in Los Angeles, exploring all the iconic landmarks and tourist attractions the city has to offer. He then generously treated me to a shopping spree, where we browsed through upscale boutiques and treated ourselves to some new wardrobe additions. I'm quite an organized person, so most of the stuff I chose were vacation clothes for the honeymoon. Lingerie, dresses, swimsuits, sandals etc.

As the day came to a close, we found ourselves on a serene rooftop restaurant, watching the sun set over the city skyline. The view was breathtaking, and the ambiance was nothing short of blissful. We savored every bite of the delicious gourmet meal, sharing stories and laughter.

Although I still dreaded the weeks of being apart, I realized that this time apart could actually strengthen our relationship even more. It would give us space to grow individually and appreciate each other's presence even more when we reunited.

As the sun began to set, we made our way back to San Diego, feeling simultaneously invigorated and exhausted from the day's outings. Jermaine drive me to my apartment, and upon arriving, we both collapsed onto the couch.
